Placed order online, for water softener salt, received call informing of delivery date and part of day. Order arrived on time and straight to door by friendly chap.

Capital Customer service
I received a call to say the delivery was planned for 2 weeks time and if that was acceptable. I explained that my water softener blocks would be depleted within a week and needed an earlier delivery. I received a call within a day to deliver in 4 days and then that same day, the delivery was slotted in- thank you! Also had the salt blocks dropped inside the garage as hubby had just hurt back- thanks to the lovely delivery driver.

Servicing our water softener was carried out thoroughly and efficiently by a cheerful and helpful technician. The only criticism (not at all his fault) was that he came in the morning when we had been told afternoon.

Happy with the product
Had a water softener fitted in October 2023. For the first time. Everything went well from start to finish. Someone came out to do an assessment to make sure the unit would fit in the cupboard under the kitchen sink and engineer attended the next day. Work was carried out in less time than stated, and there was minimal mess. The engineer explained how it works and showed me how to replace the salt blocks. So far,all is well, and I am happy with the product.

Very positive experience once again
Very positive experience once again. Capital Softeners supplied and fitted my Harveys water softener in 2012, serviced it in about 2018 or 2019 and it is still working efficiently. This latest purchase was for block salt, which I buy approximately once a year from them. Highly recommend!
