Refund battle after faulty goods received

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!

Reply to your response...Thanks for your speedy reply to this review...if only your customer service replies were as speedy!! My return was NOT outside the return period, I made sure you received it within the time period by paying £10.20 next day signed for...hense your back tracking and issuing a full refund...incidently..another measure of your company was when I suggested you decide on the amount of postage cost to refund...once again very predictable when you refunded only part of this. Readers please note I only got the FULL refund after notifying you of my intention of proceeding with a debit card charge back via my bank. Finallu to reiterate..disgraceful customer service. People will simply shop elsewhere with abysmal service like this, as we intend on doing.

Original review...Absolutely diabolical customer service & unprofessional/ill informed staff (Lynne/Michelle) Rec'd a jumper with broken zip. Returned within CAPO's ridiculously short return period (faulty goods) They argued wasnt entitled to refund, then sent me a gift card,,err, like I'd ever shop with you again. Insisted they take it back and issue a refund, including postage as per Consumers Rights Act 2015...For anyone searching for advice with complaints (there are many) this Act is there to protect you from unscrupulous companies like this one, don't let them fob you off. To Dan & Adam, may I suggest you train yourselves and your aforementioned staff in Consumer law and good manners/customer relations!!

Whilst we cannot comment on every individual case if an item is returned outside the return period it is usual practice to provide Store Credit or Exchange, on inspection if the item is deemed to have had a fault we will replace it and refund the cost of the return postage.

Good quality and price

Ordered a pair of slim fit trousers medium, they came well packaged and on time, for the price the quality was good and the fit was perfect. Ordered several other items and was pleased with them.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Refund Delays

I returned my order more than three weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Despite contacting customer service repeatedly, responses have been minimal, and the support I’ve received from Lynn has been unhelpful. If this is not resolved by next week, I will have no choice but to raise a chargeback with my payment provider. A refund taking almost four weeks is unacceptable. Overall, the customer service has been very disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I will also be raising this with Trading Standards, as similar issues appear frequently in other reviews.

Best of gear

I’ve purchased a lot of items recently from capo and can’t fault any of them. Every item has been brilliant quality, all interactions have brilliant as well as the customer service is great and always respond quickly if there is any queries!! Will be ordered more items to add to the collection very soon.

Bought a hoodie in November and all…

Bought a hoodie in November and all seemed great. Good quality, nice and thick. On its 2nd wash (30 degrees) a discolouring has occurred in the middle of the garment. I contacted customer service to be told that due to the age and condition (not yet 3 months old), there is nothing that can be done. Avoid this company, they don’t know what good customer service looks like.

I found Capo on Instagram & as soon as…

I found Capo on Instagram & as soon as I ordered my items the experience was brilliant. I ordered 3 over shirts & they’re great quality & fit perfectly. Then since then I’ve ordered a fitted jacket, which again fits perfectly. The shipping was also very good.
