Carder sucks

Carder sucks, the customer service reacts slow and it seems like they just dont care enough about your questions. When i asked about the discount that didnt work well or about the retourform they started reacting a few days later and just talked around it. Febee did het best but the policy it self sucks.

Absolutely unacceptable. 21 days of waiting for something that was supposed to arrive next day

I ordered from this company 21 days ago(October 16). Their website proudly claims “next-day delivery within the Netherlands.” Well, that is a complete joke. Three weeks later - nothing. No package, no real updates, no explanation.

All I get are useless automated emails pretending to be “order updates,” but they don’t say anything, don’t show any progress, and definitely don’t indicate that my order is actually being shipped. It feels like they’re just stalling and hoping the customer will stay quiet.

I’ve already emailed them demanding a real answer about what’s going on, but honestly, I have no idea if they’ll even bother replying. At this point, the level of service is so poor

If you promise next-day delivery in the Netherlands and then can’t deliver after 21 days, something is seriously wrong. This experience is far from “delayed” - it’s shit.

Extremely disappointed, and absolutely not what I expected.

I wrote a review here a few days ago

I wrote a review here a few days ago, and Carder responded with, "We'll help you right away. Send an email with Trustpilot as a reference and provide us with additional information, so we can help you right away!" I did that right away, and no, I'm not getting any help at all. In fact, they just provided me here with another lie! They're scammers! They write on this forum that they'll help you, but that simply doesn't happen! I don't understand how they get the nerve to say here that they'll help me.
Very disappointed, this is a scam company! No bracelet, no refund, nothing! Thieves, thieves, thieves. I send in total 12 emails and the last one was a request from them at trustpilot due to my review.
So….. I have nothing to say no more this is how thieves work

Scamming innocent people

Okay these guys do the worst kind of drop shipping! I have placed an order like 8 days ago and no update until now. They create a shipping tracking number which says the parcel is in transit to the DHL facility but this is just to fool people. You guys do so much fake advertisement and scam people! Jesus Christ!!

This company is a fraud!

This company is a fraud, they are sending many mails to keep you updated, but no items have been shipped after the confirmation of an order via mail. Even after endless mails to clarify the situation I am still waiting for my order. Finally I have asked PAYPAL to be of support in this matter to get my money back!

Warning: Terrible Quality, Terrible Service!

This shop is an absolute disaster. The products I received look nothing like the pictures — the quality is embarrassingly cheap. They refuse refunds, and if you push long enough, they’ll finally “allow” a return, but you have to pay for shipping back to China, which is about €40. The quality is terrible, the customer service is rude and unhelpful, and the whole experience feels like a scam. Avoid this store at all costs.

I bought a watch and a couple of rings…

I bought a watch and a couple of rings from Carder, and I’m honestly super happy with my purchase! The watch looks amazing and feels really high-quality, and the rings are perfect.

Also, the customer service was great — very friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful with my questions.
Definitely recommend Carder if you’re looking for quality products and excellent service!

Stylish Watch With Great Quality

I am extremely happy with my “August” watch. The design is modern, elegant, and fits perfectly for both everyday wear and special occasions. The build quality feels very solid and it’s comfortable to wear throughout the day.

I can definitely recommend both the watch and the store, and I will definitely be purchasing again soon!

Joke of a company

Joke of a company. Your typical dropshipping business with shitty quality. Wont let you return the product, when bought in a sale. There are no items on the website that are never not on sale.. absolute joke. Costumer support is horrendous too.. wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Order never arrived

On october 1st, I ordered the August- White watch which came with a free piece of jewelry. I was then notified that the watch was no longer in stock, and was given 2 options.
Option 1 was to choose another watch that they had in stock instead of the one I wanted.
Option 2 was to wait until the August- White watch was back in stock (supposedly october 10).
On october 9th I recieved the extra jewelry but no watch. And I am satisfied with the piece.
But even after emailing back and forth with the “team CARDER” I still haven't recieved the watch I ordered after over 3 weeks ago. They cant tell me when it will arrive. Im starting to doubt if it will ever…

Absolute scammers!

This company is simply a scam. There are tons of reviews about parcels being lost and money not being refunded. Isn't it strange that so many parcels are going missing? I think Carder isn't even shipping these parcels because it's impossible that so many orders have gone missing! I ordered my parcel in December 2024. It's October 2025, and I still haven't received ANY money back. We exchanged several emails where they tried to get rid of me, then they promised to look into it seriously. For several months, there's been silence. Today, I'm reporting this to the appropriate authorities and institutions. It's MY money, and they have an obligation to refund it if I haven't received my order. Meanwhile, after almost a year, the company hasn't even started investigation with the courier company to even start the process of refund! There's one reason: they know full well what happened to the parcel and don't want to admit it—they simply haven't even sent it.
And isn’t it weird that all positive reviews on trustpilot are written by accounts with only one review? Apparently they buy reviews because there are so many negative ones that they would have an average of 1.0. Absolutely DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, you won’t see the order nor your money

Great chain, terrible customer service

Happy with the quality of their products. But after delivering the wrong item they made promises to fix the issue. But after weeks of back to back emails, I still did not recieve the right item. Very dissapointed.

SCAM - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Stay far away from these scammers, they steal your money. Even tho parcel has been lost by the courrier and this has been admitted, they won't even send a new shipment or refund.

Scamming people with out of stock items

Ive ordered the signet ring , which the site says still have stock . After i ordered ive recieved a mail with the info the signet ring was out of stock (which the site doesnt tell) . Theyre offering a solution that i can choose something else from te store , and after saying i would wait for the restock , they said theres no restock and i could choose something else from the shop en get 2 pieces for free . But i just want my money back if you cant deliver what ive payed for ! They just scamming people now

CARDER = scammy trash. Do not buy.

Ordered two watches back in May/June — still never received them. Carter repeatedly claimed the parcel was “delivered.” It wasn’t. I never got anything.

What followed was pure incompetence and straight-up disrespect:

Zero accountability. I had to chase them for months. They never proactively contacted me once.

Lies + silence. They promised to resend, then ghosted me for days — only to later admit they couldn’t resend. Why not tell me then? Because they don’t care.

Insulting “solution.” After 3+ months of being strung along, their “offer” was to send me random jewelry worth €70 instead of refunding me for the watches I paid for. I didn’t order jewelry. I don’t want their jewelry. That’s not a fix — it’s an insult.

No refund, no respect. They’ve taken my money, offered nothing useful, and shown no intention of making it right.

This isn’t a “shipping mistake” — it’s bad business and blatant disrespect for customers. If you value your money and patience, avoid Carter. Buy from someone who actually answers messages and gives refunds when they screw up.
