The part I ordered for our caravan was not correct (my fault) got in contact with the team at CaravansPlus and they got back to me straight away, I posted the part back and my refund was immediately paid. I have to say the communication with the team is 10 out of 10, a very professional group of people.

Love this company. Whilst I can’t go in and browse like I’d like to, they are still helpful. Help load up my vehicle with an 18” awning and noted not to strap it to hard or it could damage it.
