Fantastic! 5+ stars aren’t enough

I contacted both CarBrain and Wheelzy at the same time and ended up accepting the offer from CarBrain although it was $200 less from what Wheelzy offered, simply because of my customer experience. Wheelzy were aggressive and were not willing to provide an offer without a verbal conversation. My interaction with Bill F., was professional and he was patient with me until I made my final decision.

I'm happy to have worked with Car Brain. Specifically, Olvin Mejia. Olvin answered all of my questions without hesitation without rushing me without arrogance. He offered a very fair price that I was surprised how high his quote was. My vehicle had the catalytic converter stolen and he still accepted my vehicle for a great great price. I would definitely go back if I found myself in the same situation of needing to junk a vehicle. Even after my vehicle was picked up Olvin reached out to be sure that I was still satisfied with Carbrain's service, also the service of the company K & C recycle whom towed away my vehicle. That impressed me as no one takes time after all is said and done to follow up...as Olvin from Carbrain did. Great experience great people great price paid for my car. The valuation on my vehicle was fare, responses were quick, and arrangements for vehicle pickup was smooth. Payment was made on the spot. I was very satisfied and would recommend CarBrain to anyone interested in selling their vehicle.

I was contacted within the hour about my car. I was given a dollar amount for my car. The car was picked up the next morning. The driver was there promptly with cash in hand. The driver was polite and considerate.
