CAR BRAIN IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED. AFTER I ACCEPTED AN OFFER ON MY VEHICLE THEY ASKED FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO VERIFY OWNERSHIP. NAME, ADDRESS, COPY OF MY TITLE. AFTER EVERYTHING WENT THROUGH THEY CUT MY OFFER BY HALF WITHOUT EVER SEEING THE VEHICLE. THE WHOLE THING WAS A SCAM TO COLLECT PERSONAL PRIVATE INFORMATION AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS. SAVE YOUR TIME AND PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BY NEVER TRUSTING CARBRAIN. IT'S A HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Easy and streamlined sale of my old car
Selling the old car was a super smooth process. Olvin Mejia helped me getting everything sorted in just single phone call and a bit of negotiation. No back and forth asking managers and waiting for a call or messages. Car got picked up, got paid in cash and got my bill of sale and I was kept informed if there was a delay or they needed any information. Overall it was a great hasell free process.
