It gave me a email to say its verifying my purchase and that it could take hours which i was fine with but after 2 hours it gives me an email saying its been cancelled and my order got refunded without giving any reason of why it got cancelled

Avoid like the plague
We were given a signicant card.gift and found the process to redeem any vouchers using the gift card onerous in the extreme.
Card.gift seem to devote a lot of effort to discourage redeeming any vouchers, requiring online application then needing a phone call to card.gift to activate the voucher. The phone calls involved hours of waiting on the call centre- calls were automatically cut off after 15 minute wait, needing yet another attempt at contact. All in all an extremely stressful experience.

Seems Like a Scam
I purchased a gift card yesterday only to receive an email to say my purchase was ‘under review’. I’ve now woken up to see that my order has been cancelled with no explanation. They have taken my money and not provided me with a product. The contact email I was given in the cancellation email was a ‘do not reply’ address. What an absolute joke. Do NOT use this company.

POOR performance
Ordered a Gift card for Rebel Sport, thinking that in order and have it send to my son instantly for his birthday!!! HA ! 48 hours later and it is still being “reviewed”??? There’s nothing to review! It’s an online transaction. This is something AI can handle with ease! But these clowns need to read my birthday message or something! Waste of time and 20 mins on the phone to cancel. Never again. Terrible system/set up! I could have just transferred instantly to his bank account!

I bought a $300 E card yesterday
I bought a $300 E card yesterday, for an email it was processing but after 2 hours and no card, I logged a support ticket which I thought would hurry them up, but while I slept so 10 hours later they sent a cancellation notice with no reason. The final straw was them sending a self promoting haven't we done a good job getting you the card. Never again will I use this company.

Do NOT buy from this company, there is no reason they should delay delivery of any electronic gift cards after immediately taking money from your bank account. Even after waiting 24hours - NOTHING! There are may options to choose from a specific retailer or a simple 'his' or 'her' gift card for a variety of stores.
On the card.gift website there is a specific email address should you have any enquiries and I've had quick and helpful responses there too.
