I ordered some boxes over a month ago and whilst yes they had to be made to order (nothing special mind, just the extra durable ones) this company just straight up never delivered. I gave them 2 weeks initially as yes that seems like plenty of time. It wasn't even a big order, only around 20 boxes. Emailed them to chase my order. No reply. Emailed again a few days later and replied with oh they should be with you by the end of the week. Okay I thought, at least theyre on their way. Nothing. I called them the Monday after asking if they had shipped. Let me check with dispatch and get back to you. I explained I needed the boxes by the end of that week. That would have been week 3. No reply. Emailed again and again to chase and every time if they even did reply to my emails they said the same thing of let me check with dispatch. It was as if they had gone to the amazon and were hand cutting trees down for these boxes with a butter knife they are so slow. In this time I had had to order boxes from elsewhere. At the month mark of judt being brushed off I requested a refund. It has now been almost a week and they have not even acknowledged my refund request email. I wish so badly I had checked out the reviews before placing my order. I need boxes regularly for shipping hand made fragile items and I thought I had found a new reliable supplier but apparently not. Buyer beware, this company just straight up does not deliver, either on products or customer service.

Wish I'd read the reviews - Sent white boxes when I ordered brown - so no good. No notification that the largest size would arrive late with a different courier - all in all apalling after sales and like so many online sales no apology or help to provide a solution.

This place is junk. The box never arrived, and when I requested a refund they told me that the custom box I ordered essentially takes as long as it takes (has been a month?)

Very poor quality box. Went to the bother with photo evidence of trying to get an acknowledgment of the quality and told that the holes and tears were "generic fold/creases of the box" I can tell the difference between holes and tears to a crease! The damage was done before it left as the plastic it was wrapped in was completely unblemished!

Unfortunately took a punt on these cowboys before I read the reviews. Lies, non communication, falsifying documents, still waiting on items for my house move and it’s 4 weeks since I’ve been in my new home. Order placed weeks before required and gave them my moving date. Had to go and source elsewhere as nothing arrived in time. Products are terrible quality, not as shown on website. Email always ends with ‘I hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience’ when they know full well it does. No names on emails or paperwork, possibly because they are embarrassed to work there but more likely so no one can hold them accountable. Scammers.

As other reviews allude to, awful experience delays in delivery that weren't communicated until asked. Lack of any form of customer service to offer a solution or goodwill gesture. They will blame couriers for delivery issues when the problem probably lies with them not dispatching items within the stated time frame. Still not received order by the expected date. Avoid at all costs.

Boxes were about as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Only usable box was the one they came in. Terrible quality. To summarise, I paid £35 for one cardboard box.

Please read all the recent reviews on this company, I wish I had !. Order never turned up on time, staff just fob you off with excuses and when they finally agree to give a refund it doesn't happen. Promised a refund in April and still waiting.

Complained about the quality of the boxes received (awful and falling apart). Followed their difficult and painful return process - now I am being ignored for my refund outside their advised refund timeline meaning the have my money and the product. Had to submit a chargeback request with my bank. Would avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a box and then realised I didn’t need it, so emailed to cancel before it was dispatched. I was told it was cancelled and lo and behold, it arrived the following day. I emailed to tell them and they said they would collect, 4 days passed and it still wasn’t collected. I emailed to say I needed my refund. On the 5th day, the box was collected and I was told the refund would be issued. 3 weeks later and I have not received the refund. I have contacted them multiple times with no response. They still have my £50. I have now lodged a refund request with PayPal and I am hoping to get it back via them. This company are the definition of incompetent. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced - they do not care about customers and essentially have stolen my money. Do not use this company ever, they’re cowboys! What makes me laugh is their ridiculous responses to 1 star reviews, like people have a personal problem with them! As if. It’s your terrible company that leads to the one star reviews!

BE AWARE!! This is a scam company: order placed, didn't arrive, refused refund, hid behind T&C's. Eventually turned up weeks after it should have done and the packing boxes were useless. Elliot Rushden is the owner/director and from his Companies House history, you can see a long list of companies that he has set up, ran up finance against then folded leaving customers and suppliers out of pocket. This man should be struck off the directors register as his conduct is criminal. He has been reported to Trading Standards. I urge you to also report this company if you have had a negative experience. Over 600 1 star reviews really is an achievement. Enjoy the sunshine Elliot. Just remember, when it rains it pours - we all have to face the music one day.

Paid extra for next day delivery, the item was not delivered on time for a house move, now have no access to the property. blamed courier service. Ignored all communication about refund/return. Will be reporting to trading standards!!!

If you are a business you have to wait for your order for as long as they like, since delivery time means nothing to them.
Order was supposed to arrive within 5 working days. After 16 working days they have still not delivered the items and when I emailed them to ask for a refund I got this answer "As per our terms and conditions as a business you do not have a cooling off period and therefore are unable to cancel the order once confirmed", and that the items will be delivered in 3 days from today but after all this time waiting we don't need them any more as we had to buy from another vendor

Scam of a company, does not deliver on time or to specification, hides behind terms and conditions and fails to engage in meaningful resolution.

Avoid avoid avoid!!

Just read the reply, specifications, delivery date and an AM delivery were agreed in initial emails. Full cost of product was paid in advance.

I am happy to post the entire time line of this debacle - it cosy our company profit and reputation as by the time they attempted delivery the event we required them for had passed.

However please do not just take my word for it - look at the numerous negative reviews - there seems to be a common denominator.

I have used this company for about 4 years and they used to be great, I even recommended them to a number of other companies but now they are basically, a fraudulent operation., My order was 3 months late and 1500 units short. We have given them every opportunity to refund us or deliver the missing goods but they just make excuses, nothing gets delivered and they are hellbent on not providing a refund. So basically, they have stolen money from us - that's all you can really call this at this stage. Theft. . The quality of the boxes has also taken a nosedive and it appears they are using a different Indian manufacturer than whoever they were using before. Just avoid this company, they are not legit.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Offered next day delivery, to be extra cautious I emailed them to say I needed it for a specific date as I was moving country. They told me they couldn’t fulfil the order and refused to cancel it saying it was with the courier (they then multiple hours later sent an email with my order details of leaving the warehouse). I had to leave a 750 TV at my old residence and have nobody in that country to ship it to me. I explained all of this and they got very defensive sending me their terms and conditions and showing little to no help. I feel as if I have been robbed of £200 and wouldnt advise my worst enemy to use this joke of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

In response to their response. The website stated UK delivery next day with no mention of Northern Ireland. When you go into the shipping dates the formatting is terrible so beside Northern Ireland it says next day delivery.

I would agree it is a fair request to send the boxes back if it did not require me to book a flight from London to Northern Ireland.

Again just deflecting blame rather than owning it and sorting it out, hence the 1.4 star overall reviews.

Boxes stated an arrival time of less than a week , they weren't delivered until 3 weeks after purchase date of then which I already had gotten a replacement due to their slowness.

Absolutely Abysmal - every order I've made has always either been wrong or missing something & nobody even contacts you to tell you (Can assure you I've made more than 1 through my company - different email address). Customer Service is just non-existent - so rude it's unbelievable - The lady I spoke to on the phone was blunt & unhelpful!

Like many i now read, i placed a order 08/08/24

Was given 13 ETA's due to breakdowns, floods but only got 2/3 of the order.

Tried to cancel but they refused as my boxes are bespoke, They are only bespoke IF you make them.

Ended up getting them to accept the order wasnt ever going to be completed in Jan 25.

Still awaiting for the pro rota refund and Court hearing is due shortly. Avoid. They was once good, then bad and now the ugly.
