A WARNING FOR PROSPECTIVE BUYERS. You are taking lots of risks just to save a couple of bucks. If you got scam from sellers, they might blame it on you. Then they reports to other shopping websites which also banned you for no reasons. Happened to me several years ago.

When a card is claimed by one of our buyers, we review each card to determine where and when it was used. I’m not sure what you are referring to regarding blaming. Additionally, CardCash does not report buyers to other websites.

Cardcash SUCKS

First i had to pay $10 to mail my cards to them and they offered no way to ship them for free. Then it took almost 4 days to review them even though it says you should be paid about 2 days after they receive them. And then in the end after paying and waiting they wouldn't pay me for any of the cards even though they were legit card. Then they had to mail them all back to me. Awful experience. I was so stupid to trust what they said on their site. I will never again use that awful company.

Ripped off

They told me two of my gift cards had zero balances. When I checked them they had a balance, but once they had all of the info they said both had zero balance. One was $200 and the other was $50. So they scammed me for that and there's nothing I can do about it. Use another service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CardCash Review & Testimony

Before using CardCash, I took time to do my research. I came across them online and, like many people, I immediately went to read reviews. I saw both good and bad, which honestly made me hesitant at first. I was very iffy about moving forward.

But then I reminded myself that God is in control of everything, including our finances. I prayed about it and chose to trust Him. When you put your trust in the Lord, He gives peace even when you’re unsure.

I submitted my information on December 17, 2025. The next day, December 18, I mailed in my gift cards along with the required receipt, following the instructions provided. I sent everything through United States Postal Service First Class Mail so I could track when it arrived.

The package was received on December 24, 2025, even though it was mailed from another state. That same day, I called to verify the status and spoke with a representative who was kind and helpful. She explained that my cards were being reviewed and that payment would be sent once everything was verified.

By the very next day, I received my payout.

Here’s the breakdown:

$100 GameStop gift card → $80 payout

$25 Taco Bell gift card → $19.38 payout

My total payout was $99.38, just as stated. (PayPal)

Overall, I had a great experience with CardCash. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and payment was timely. More than anything, this experience reminded me that when we place our trust in God and move with prayer, things work out as they should.

My experience has been good

My experience has been good. It would be 5-star if they didn’t have to be used in such a short amount t of time or not guaranteed to work. I would purchase them much more if the guarantee wasn’t so short.

Order with Confidence!

I've used CardCash numerous times over the last year and haven't had any issues with ordering or using cards from the website. Quick check out, easy to use features for using the cards (copy feature). Especially like that I can track which cards I've used, and edit how much is still available. Gifting cards is quick and not complicated. Plus the funds have always been there, no issues like failed registration or fruad problems I've encountered with cards from stores. Using CardCash has made it easy to trust gift cards again.

I would put negative stars if I could

I would put negative stars if I could! This company is a scam and terrible ble customer service! They say they exchange gift cards for cash so I put in the info to do the exchange and 4 days later said it couldn’t be processed! This company is a joke and they don’t tell you it will take you several days to get your cash! It says on all there website info that gift card exchange for cash is immediate well we know that a lie and false information! Do not you this scum company! Higher flag risk give me a break I did exactly what you told me to do and called your waste of time customer service which by the way is terrible! We could not be more of honest people talking about flagged our order I’m glad you didn’t get our business you are a rip off WARNING do not use this company!

Submitted a valid CVS e-card for sale

Submitted a valid CVS e-card for sale. Declined, no reason given. Contact phone support and am told the card checks out, valid & proper balance. Submitted for "review" again- declined, no explanation. Submitted a 3rd time as an exchange for Mastercard e-gift- declined. Contact web support, and told I put the info in wrong & to submit again. Now it won't accept for sale- told they have too many CVS e-gift cards in stock so can't buy it. Total trash, waste of 4 days and associated hassle. AVOID. Update: As you can see by their reply, "something" flagged- I don't even think their reps know exactly what, if anything, really was flagged. If they do, they aren't telling. I stand by my statement- AVOID.

I verified that the cash was on the…

I verified that the cash was on the academy card #3773536 even sent card cash a original receipt and they investigated it and it took a little over a month but after verifying that the card was active for “in store” purchases only I was sent the money for it fast forward to today was informed that they sold that card and that the client “informed them” it was inactivate and that they needed a refund the card is only good for in store purchases online if you try looking up the balance it say it’s inactivated end up refunding him sending the card back and charging me for it from a whole other card and now I had to pay them for something that isn’t my fault please fix this because it’s not fair it’s outright theft and I wasn’t told of any mistakes because there isn’t a mistake this is the order number 3810346 please fix

Refused perfectly good cards

Sent in McDonald's and Subway gift cards.
They were returned to me, with stickers all over them, marked up with pen. They told me I was too risky to deal with, despite one prior successful sale. I am gradually using-up the cards. I no longer give gift cards as tips or holiday presents. Redeeming gift cards, regardless of merchant, is becoming a royal pain. CASH is ALWAYS appropriate.

Don't sell to them- random rejections

I have used Card Cash a little over the past 10 years without issues. Recently, on two different occasions, I "sold" them gift cards that they agreed to purchase. Then, they sent me an e-mail that went into my junk mail folder that they had to cancel the purchase due to fraud concerns.

I called, and they said they would re-evaluate. They sent me an e-mali and told me to reply with detail. I replied explaining the source of the gift cards that I purchased directly, and I attached proof of purchase for the gift cards.

They replied and said that, due to "high risk factors," the order would remain cancelled.

So, they haven't taken anything from me, but don't count on them to follow through with the offer their web site gives you- or to give any legitimate reason as to why they change their mind.
