I have just started using the app. So far I love the way it is set up and how it helps me keep track of my blood pressure, heart rate, weight, steps, medication, etc. The ability to print out report... See more

Basic information, I was expecting more specialist support!
I paid for the app & once I saw the basic info, I requested a refund, only to be told refunds are only given for technical difficulties! Don’t waste your money on this! I had just found out that my cholesterol has gone up, so decided I wanted more knowledge! Most of this is useless, basic repetitive food advice, workout advice if you pay extra! Reminder for meds, basically it is another app which stores info from your health app & results! Nothing special! The info it gives in is basically what you can google for free!

The app itself is easy to use and helpful. I found the meals very repetitive.
My bugbear is I purchased the 4 month plan. Surely this means your subscription ends in four months. To my surprise I found a £71 charge on my card today from UAB group after much hunting I figured out what it was. I then try to cancel the subscription and the cancellation window opens for a second the a new window saying error try again. Been trying for most of the day to no avail. Have yet to find a way to contact Cardi health. Not pleased at all!!!!
Update, 26th May 2025
The app still shows error try again when you try to open manage subscription tab.
I do 100% believe this is not an error but done by design to make it difficult to cancel or change your subscription. Bad form Cardi Health.

Addendum: I emailed Cardi Health immediately after it happened. They said they canceled my account and would refund me. I haven’t seen the refund on my credit card yet, but it’s still early.
After I typed in my credit card number, I immediately decided that I wanted to read more about it. So I exited out of the app. I never agreed to anything or policies or whatever. After reading everyone’s complaints, I immediately checked my credit card and I’ve already been charged! I’ll be requesting a refund tomorrow, but am worried I won’t have any luck!!!

Easy to use but too much repetition on meds. Will have to see if I can find how to change that.

Wondering if this a scam, charged my card but no information has showed up in my email

I am impressed with the number of offers we receive to reach out with questions or help. The app is amazing, and so far I have maneuvered well. Even though I just started, I feel I have found the answer to my weight issues. The recipes are incedible; packed with flavors using seasoning I never would have experimented with. I haven't yet figured out how to print the recipes and have depended on using my phone in the kitchen to follow along.

I wish I could edit recipes when logging meals. I don’t always have every ingredient and need to edit.

Like the ability to take medication intakes, measurements for blood pressure & heart rate. As I was just in the hospital and treated for Afib, this app has been incredibly helpful in my recovery.

Cancelled the App on numerous occasions and they keep taking the money each month until i removed all my money from my account. They continued to try and take funds acknowledging they got my cancellation email. Not recommended at all - Paul

Cardi Health advertised try it for 14 days free. On the second day I canceled the subscription, did not like the app and they ask for alot of money for different products etc. They charged my credit $66.00 and told me I cannot get a refund, because the only way I could get a refund if the app is not working. What a rip off.

Within 10 min of subscribing ( and immediately charging me) I tried cancelling cus everything I was looking at was just asking for more money to get, like recipes, workout plans, etc. when subscription implies this will be included for free. I got charged for a workout plan I thot was free!). Customer service is horrible! It’s EI and they want to charge you for your questions! It makes me think that all the positive reviews aren’t legit.

I’ve been using this for a while now and it’s been pretty good. My blood pressure’s more stable, and the meal plans actually make eating healthy feel easy.

I’m actually pretty impressed. The app helps me keep track of my meds and blood pressure without too much hassle. The shopping list feature makes my grocery trips way quicker and more organized.

Been using this app for a couple weeks now and honestly, it's pretty solid. Tracking my BP is super easy and the meal plans aren't bad at all. Definitely feeling healthier but not gonna lie I wish there were more recipe options.

I love using the app; it’s very helpful in keeping me on track. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that I only take my blood pressure once a day, but the app recommends measuring it twice. Additionally, in the “How are you feeling?” section, there should be an option for “None.”

Never signed up. Was still charged. Working on disputing with credit card.

Quite frankly I have been using the app for a week now and my blood pressure is the exact same which is 120/80. I have no way of confirming that the blood pressure could be the exact same every single day. There is no customer service very disappointed would like my money back. Or some explanation from the company.

Excellent app! Helps me stay on top of my heart health effortlessly.

Make sure this is the program that you really want before paying the cost-it’s expensive for what you get and if you cancel you will not get a refund. Very disappointed. I would NOT recommend.
