liars. did not mention that I should pay $90 for the customs to receive the product while I’ve already paid around 400 CAD. also it does not connect with other bluetooth or intercom services. there is no actual person to provide information or support. wanted to refund it immidiately but guess what, I had to pay the shipment and customs again :) so I couldn’t send it back. so unhappy with my purchase. do not recommend.

Reply’s were quick via email. No online support. No phone customer service. All numbers on invoices were disconnected.

I tried to order the edge phones with the Valentine discount. The website would not let it happen said I used it before, so I tried to use my ID me it said the same at the top of the page and would not let me order I tried calling several times about 10 got no answer

The function buttons are not intuitive. Turning on and off almost always requires a fellow rider to push the combination of buttons while the helmet is still on. Need buttons to work with gloves on. In contrast, the volume roller is fine, as gloves work to adjust it.

Did not link to all your device models without using Bluetooth

It would have been great to know the new pactalk plugs in vs fits in the holder and connects. This is very upsetting. My original pactalk was much better than this new one.

Shipping took longer than expected. Sound quality is not good. Ugh, buyer’s remorse

It was fast once I rooted around in the web site to find the correct USB cable to update my Cardo bold. That was tough to find and I actually used Google search to find it.

Ordering was very easy and arrived very quick. We use them on our dirt bike helmets to commute with each other and listen to music. They are amazing and is why we have bought a total of 6 now. Great experience and product.
