Great company, efficient and quick no messing and great promotions

The service was efficient and quick. My (husband's) 3 photos were subtle in tone and colour but with a fresh (winter) sparkle to them - this was lost in the cards and the colours appeared dulled and in one case 'greyed'. Just usable but disappointing. I chose small cards and would have preferred the 'CardTown' logo to be appropriately smaller, less obtrusive and also to be left off the envelope. I know the card source needs to be shown, but I wasn't paying for showy advertising. Probably won't use CardTown again

groupon deal was good value and the cards came as advertised with a glossy finish. Central score wasn't aligned perfectly (3mm overlap ) but good enough. nicely presented and bright colour reproduction. I will use them again if a groupon deal

I had a voucher to get a pack of ten small cards at a considerably reduced price so wasn't expecting too much BUT they are really glossy good quality cards. The website was easy to navigate and quick at downloading the photos unlike some sites. Very pleased with the small Christmas cards and the larger one that I ordered. If the p&p is reduced I will probably be using them again.

I expected my card to arrive on Saturday 16th November for a birthday on the 18th November , it arrived on the 20th November two days after my husbands 60th birthday, when it did'nt arrive on the 16th I thought well! It might arrive on his actual birthday but no.

Excellent service and very quick. Loved the variety of cards they have - Fabulous service. I had a problem with an order and they solved it very quickly and swiftly. Highly recommended.

wouldnt hesitate to use again good service good value for money

I ordered 3 cards for my niece and nephews. The cards came within 3days however one was without its envelope. I contacted company to let them know and they responded very quickly and a further 3 envelopes all in varying sizes were sent out. I was happy with cards and service and would use again .

Card town was really good had lots to pick from for Christmas if l had one problem it is the generic peace and good will message send ing three cards to same family so it looks a bit strange but putting up with it because card choice better than others

Website was so easy to use, card choice was great. Delivery very quick and card quality was excellent. You have to use them!!

The Doogle / google template was ideal for the photo upload I had. After trawling through all the other personalised card makers I was thrilled to find the perfect card.

Found a nice card - just what I wanted, but unfortunately spent nearly an hour and a half trying to purchase. Eventually gave up and it was only the fact that I really wanted that card that I tried again later that day and this time it went through with no problems.

I was my daughter's birthday and I wanted her to feel special after her last one was her 21st. I had a picture we had taken on her birthday last year uploaded with some personalized slogans which we would both understand on a magazine style card. I was so impressed when it arrived. The quality was brilliant.

First time I've used this company. Rather disappointed that I didn't receive one of our cards, even more disappointed was my 6 year old son who's birthday it was.
Customer services have however offered me a refund.
