Card arrived all creased, I was so annoyed I binned it as it wasn't fit to give someone. No envelope with it, paid £5.99 waste of money

I WAS LED TO BELIEVE IF ORDERED BY 2PM IT WOULD GET TO THE PERSON THE NEXT DAY EVEN THE DAY AFTER THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE . MADLYN ROWE ARRIVED 5 DAYS AFTER HER BIRTHDAY AND BENT AROUND THE EDGES.

I AM PLEASED SHE RECEIVED THE CARD NOT HAPPY WITH THE CONDITION AND THE DELAY.

Selected a card for my daughters' birthday but when it came to the payment the website was not trusted and I had no confirmation of the purchase. I subsequently used another website to send a card. However the payment was taken by Cardtown and a card was sent, so my daughter received 2 cards!

I always use cards with my own photos and find the site easy to use. The quality of the cards is excellent and they always arrive on time. For the latest cards, I ordered large ones and they were super.

4 days to post missed her birthday this is the second time card town have delayed the posting will not use again or recommend to anyone

Every bit as good as your competitors in terms of quality and service, and for a lower cost!

The card, including a picture, was excellent and arrived on time, for an exceptional price.

The card is as I expected in terms of appearance and I'm pleased with the way it looked. Unfortunately, it did turn up with a huge crease down the middle and I feel a little embarrassed to give it to someone for their birthday (I don't really have time to purchase another one). I'd hope the condition it arrived in is a one off and was otherwise pleased with the service.

been a very bad experience from start to finish well was promised card would be here friday 12th sept still sat here today sat 13th sept card still hasnt arrived postman just been this supposedly sent out on the 11th sept first class post well customer support i think you certainly want to be giving some body a very big wake up call this service just is not good enough at all .

If you bothered to read your your messages you would know that I am most dissatisfied with your postal service. I ordered a card for a wedding on Monday of last week and you took so long to send it I was worried it wouldn't get here in time. What if I had needed it urgently and had sent it directly to someone? It could have arrived late and I would not even have known about it. I sent you a message on your internal system asking why cards are taking so long to arrive nowadays but you have never replied. This is not the first time a card has taken a long time to arrive.
I also sent you a message through the normal email system regarding the fact that I have been having difficulty logging in to my account. I thought it was because of a recurring problem I have had with Your system over the years, but it must have just been because you were offline at the time as I did manage to log on later in the day. In any event you did not reply to that either.
Some of Your cards are not too bad, but the choice is poor and it would be better if it was possible to change some of the wording on them as there are only limited opportunities for this.
In view of the issues I have mentioned it is more than likely that I will buy more card from your Company once my credit has run out.

I allowed plenty of time for a personalised 21st Birthday card and checked my entered text several times n the boxes. I was extremely pleased when the card arrived quicker than expected, but to my horror, found that one of the lines of writing was wrong and, instead of our card saying from Tony, it had just the 'T' on one line and 'ONY' on the line below! I just couldn't believe someone had sent the card out like this, especially when I'd taken so long getting it how we wanted it. I rang the Customer Care number and a helpful lady explained they only get it in a PDF through and there was nothing they could do except offer me a refund (which I didn't want) or a credit and that I'd need to start the order again from scratch. I was frustrated and annoyed to be told this, but there was nothing else I could do. She checked with someone else and they agreed to credit me with enough to cover next day delivery as I needed it before the recipient went away. I did the whole order again and moved a word down (just to be safe!) & sure enough, it turned up JUST in time yesterday and was able to be given to the recipient who loved it. Would just say, be very careful making sure the words fit the boxes on the left hand side for personalised cards. Otherwise pleased.

I was really happy with Card Town. It was easy to order and personalise my card and then delivery was quick. No issues at all. The card looked good!

The lettering on the front of the birthday card which is for my grandson and mentions his name is very very amateur. There is no choice of colour and the writing is poor. However, the chosen wording inside the card is good

I was looking for a 25th wedding Anniversary card for my Wife
but couldn't find what I wanted in the high street shops.
Found what I wanted at Card Town and was able to put in the card what I wanted to say.
Great quality card and great service.
Highly recommended.

I was really pleased with the quality of the card and service received. Unable to find a suitable Grandson card in the shops I dont know what I would of done if I had not of found the Card Town website.
I don't normally spend £5.99 on a a card but as this included postage and I was desperate I thought I would this once and I am glad I did!
I will definitely order again.

The web site is really good as I could not find the right card for our anniversary, it is easy to make your own card. The only thing I found was the card was not as nice as I thought it would be mainly the front of the card. It needed a bit more colour and maybe a bit of glitter.

Brilliant service, quick and easy to order. definetly recommend
