bad head office service

I am driven to write this due to the poor attitude of H.O.management.Not the store staff.Goods ordered 24/4/21. 6 to 8 weeks lead time.At 8 wks I checked and was told it was now ,without any notice 12wks.Recieved 22/7/21.Dispite many calls and e-mails.Not one word from customer service regarding the delay ,or why the reason that our money was
taken from my account at 8wks
Store managemt were as helpfull as they could be, but had no control.
Care should not be part of the name.
I will not use the company again and would not recomend it.

Unsatisfactory customer care

We ordered a mobility scooter on 6 June and it was delivered on 16 June. When delivered the box was intact, but delivered upside down. The delivery driver had left before we noticed this. Nonetheless we unpacked the scooter and it appeared to be intact. However, when we unwrapped the battery it was clear that the case was damaged by crushing in many places. We called customer services about this and were sent a replacement battery box which arrived on 18 June. We were expected to dismantle the old box (tricky because of the damage) and wire and fit the batteries into the new box. This proved to take about an hour as we were careful to get everything right. However, on completion we saw a crack at the point where the handle is fixed to the box. We called customer services again and were promised another box which would be checked by an engineer before dispatch. This came (on Tues 22nd) wrapped as before with a thin layer of bubble wrap in a plastic bag. Inevitably this was also broken - presumably in transit and with much worse damage this time with broken lugs and edges. We contacted CareCo and were told we would be called back by customer services. This hasn't happened. We have also tried calling customer services numerous times, but after 20-30 mins waiting the call is just disconnected. All we want is for CareCo to provide the product we paid £131.24 for, specifically a 20ah battery pack in an intact box for the scooter. We don't see why we should be expected to effect a repair with a spare part on a brand new product.

Had a delivery yesterday of a Bergen…

Had a delivery yesterday of a Bergen petite chair , really pleased with it ,and can’t believe how beneficial it is going to be as getting out of chairs in the past has been difficult, the engineer was Ahmed and such a nice man really helpful and explained things really well .

All's well that ends well!

Care Co. have now righted a very bad experience I have had with a new scooter which was not fit for purpose. Once I was able to speak to the right person (Bonnie French) within five days I have been supplied with a new replacement scooter which was delivered this morning by David the engineer, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The scooter is now on charge ready for her maiden voyage tomorrow!

What a delightful chap!

Took delivery of my electric recliner chair, my delivery chap Bradley, was super helpful, and very attentive, making sure I knew the controls for the massager, nothing was to much trouble.

My rise and recline chair was delivered…

My rise and recline chair was delivered and set up by John and James. They were very polite and helpful in explaining how to work the chair. The chair was set up in the position that I requested. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for customer care. Well done.

ORO 882756

Bradley my engineer phoned me to let me know when he would be arriving and was very prompt. Very courteous, explained everything so I could understand and even offered to put the scooter away in the garage for me. I am absolutely pleased with the scooter, it is very comfortable and easy to use and am pleased that the charging portal is now up the top of the steering column making it easier for me to plug in. Would recommend this scooter and company to anyone.

Happy with the delivery service

This is a review for the delivery service. John called forward to say when he would be arriving within 15 minutes at the beginning of the three-hour window of time I had been given. He was personable/friendly and put the chair in position. He wore a face covering, which I was happy about in these unusual times.

Engineer delivery recommended

This morning I had my electric power chair delivered by engineer service. I say to everyone if you can afford it it’s worth every penny It was unpacked set up and demonstrate to myself. The two guys that come to my home it was nice to see both of them were equipped with PPE, coupled with that so very polite and answered the questions that I asked. So very pleased with 100% recommend engineer delivery.
