Following a call with Lucy this morning to get a demo of the system, I realised that on my first time using the system before the demo that I had made a mistake. I contacted the support team as Lucy was busy with other demo calls and Chloe responded promptly and sorted out the issues quickly.
Both have been very friendly, helpful and efficient.
