Jane was so helpful. One of the power chairs made my knee hurt so Jane got a cushion that did not help. She went and brought a model which suited me much better. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy.

We have bought a couple of things from CareCo and have had no issues with the products or the deliveries. If I need anything else I will be sure to go back to them.

Lovely showroom and great sales staff. No pressure just helpful information. Excellent display of mobility scooters, riser chairs and beds.

Environment very clean and welcoming. Staff polite and easy to talk to,answering my many questions and being very patient as I needed time to consider a purchase. After two visits to the store an order was placed. I would recommend a visit to to the Patchway, Bristol store.

Our visit to Careco at Castle Park was great. Caroline who helped us find a powerchair for my mum was fantastic! Caroline was very friendly from the moment we stepped into the showroom, welcoming us in and offering her help straightaway. I found her very knowledgeable of all the products, she answered any questions we asked. Caroline helped my elderly mum pick a powerchair, she made sure it was what she wanted and asked loads of questions to ensure it would be suitable for her. Caroline gave a Demonstration of how to use the chair as well as how to fold it down etc. She told us about extras like cushions and bags as well as helping us to get a insurance and a service plan to protect the powerchair. I was very happy with our experience in store today and would highly recommend this store to anyone. There is plenty of parking and the store was lovely and bright and spotlessly clean!

Visited CareCo for the first time in view of purchasing a rise and recline for my mum. Staff were very helpful, not pushy at all. It was made a little difficult as mum was not with me and is only 4ft 7in! I went with the Serenity petite as we thought the fit would be far better due to her height. It was purchased on the Friday with a delivery window of 4 to 5 days. It arrived the following day.

Visited the Gallows Corner store to look at wheelchairs for my mother!
Marion was most helpful to find a chair to suit her size and to fold down for up coming holiday.
She demonstrated all the clever features that will help to collapse it for easy transportation.

Friendly, very helpful took time to listen to needs and wasn't pushed in to things didn't want. Also allowed time for mum to go home and think about the different models she had tryed and what was ɓest for her.

Easy to order online. Delivery went well. I clip for the strap broke straight away though, but the item was still useable

Excellent Customer Care, friendly and very curtious, explained everything I needed to know about the product, a credit to the Company.
Only one disappointing side is I understand the delivery is by DPD.

I went into our local store at Ferndown, Dorset for a walking frame for my mother. She had an idea of what she wanted but ended up with one far more suited to her, lightweight and fully adjustable. We were extremely happy with the service received from Tim at the branch, who took his time to advise us and let us try the various products. I have already returned with another family member and we have subsequently purchased a wheelchair after trying different styles, looking at usage, size of the chair, to weight and nice little extras to go with it. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend a visit for any of your mobility needs.
