Everything was explained in detail test drove on all surfaces there was no rush compared all scooters overall a relaxed atmosphere.

So far we have been into the Brighton Road Worthing establishment 3 times and bought exactly what we were looking for. The staff are always very helpful and understanding. Also the pricing is good.

I visited CareCo Southampton to look at, and likely buy, a mobility scooter. The detailed information about scooters on the CareCo website had put two possibles in the frame. I was made immediately welcome by Sian, who showed me the two scooters and clearly explained their operation. I was able to drive both around the showroom, which firmed up my preference for one. Sian then showed me how the scooter separated. She encouraged me to practice separation and re-assembly, both in the showroom and outside to see if it would fit into my car (it did).

She was clearly keen to ensure I was able to make a fully informed decision on whether to purchase. Her approach throughout was cheerful, helpful and clear, with no element of pressure to buy.

She took me through the ordering process stage by stage, with clear explanations including about matters such as insurance, servicing and available accessories.

My whole experience was positive and comfortable. Great service Sian and CareCo. I hope I shall be as happy with the scooter when it arrives in a couple of days.

A friendly sales lady who knew the product and was competent in presenting the salient features of the scooter.. She encouraged me to try out the scooter in the show room and outside and was instrumental in my purchase of the Aethos SLE.. Thank you.

Bob took the time to listen to our possible needs and showed us equipment that would be suitable.
At no time did we feel hurried or pressurised. The advice and information Bob gave us was easy to understand and delivered in a friendly manner that we were comfortable with.

The extensive range of products was a very pleasant surprise and we were able to try out a range powered chairs and sofas.

Bob helped me try out a couple of Rollators from their range and I was able to order one while I was there for home delivery.

The showroom itself was a great deal larger than I had expected with what looked like a huge range of motor scooters which can be tried out in store or outside.
They also have an area showing bath and shower room furniture, waterproof stools chairs etc. plus bath seats.

All in all CareCo at Peterborough was a very pleasant surprise and with thanks to Bob 😊

This purchase was the extension of Warranty for my scooter.
Friendly, patient, non-pushy member of staff explained warranty extension and options. This was followed through with detailed email to consider.

a good company to deal with if you have a disability -they usually have something to help with it.
