We went in to the Care Co branch in Heigham St Norwich today and were served by the delightful

Polite salesman who greeted us as old friends. A pleasant change from the more usual " yeh" from other retailers. He demonstrated how to open and close my present rollator as I had been having major problems with it. Fully explained and demonstrated several other rollators as I wanted to purchase another one. No pushy sales talk, and I was quite happy with my chosen new one.

The sales person ,Shane, did the first most important thing : he listened.
He then found the perfect appliance for my husband’s needs. We were offered an alternative so we could make an informed decision choice.
My husband was able to use the device to check its suitability.
A big thank you to Shane who gave us personal, very helpful & informative attention.

Sarah Jane at Braintree store approached us as soon as we were approaching the store. We told her what we was looking for and she helped us through to the destination we was looking for. Discussed with her what we were looking for and found it straight away my wife tried the rollator she was looking for and tried it out which was very comfortable in using and we decided to buy it. Sarah Jane made us feel very comfortable in our decision.

Served by Ms Dobson. Prompt attention on entering showroom. Offered drink, Knowledgeable on products. Very helpful, placed order within 15 minutes. Ordered replacement wheelchair . Would reccomend.

Heather fully explained everything we needed to know about the equipment, put item in the car etc. it wasn’t a case of Heather persuading us to purchase a machine, but it her professional attitude & her knowledge of the equipment which endorsed our decision to purchase.

I wouldn't say my experience was great, but it was easy enough though, What stopped it being great was, interaction with a real live person & not a chatbot

CareCo sorted out a problem with my Rollator so I wasn’t without a Tri-walker for too long which affects my mobility and independence.
