Emma solved the problem!
I just want to tell you all that the customer service is second to none. They were so helpful and friendly. I have a new silver crest iron (Lidl’s special deal,) the temperature dial has a max after the Cotton-Linen marker. I followed the Carehomelabel instructions, but I didn’t realise it wasn’t getting hot enough so the labels weren’t sticking. After emails and a phone call Emma sorted it. Thank you so much. Having a family member with dementia is stressful enough. This company are providing a useful aid. I would recommend them to anyone.

Did exactly what the instructions said, have used them for my mother in law who has gone into care.
No problems so far, saved a lot of time, only had them on the items of clothing for 2 weeks but with a lifetime guarantee . I bought the iron on labels, great service
