Really good quality would have given…
Really good quality would have given five stars but paid for next day delivery and ended up having to pick the parcel up from the post office when the website said it would be popped through the letterbox if you're not in so really defeated the object of searching and paying for next day delivery.

So glad to hear you are happy with your labels. I apologise for any confusion and inconvenience but because this is a premium service they have to take signature as proof of delivery. It is our 1st and 2nd class postage that goes through the letter box. We try and make it clear on the website but I will send your feedback to the relevant team to see if we can make it clearer as the last thing we want to do is to let our customers down.

This is my second order including shoe labels, as the delivery time was excellent and the labels clear and readable. The only negative commet is that the tags sometimes break before getting the knack of successfully attaching them. Other than that I am happy with this product hence the second order.
