Delay in new member kit, but I saved.
Once paid, they give you the option to receive your new membership packet by email in a couple of days or by snail mail in 5 days . I picked email to use it fast but they sent it to me by snail mail so the delay was frustrating . Otherwise my dentist accepted the discount and I saved $600 off of a crown . So it's a good deal I'm happy.

I have paid for this service but have not received any information or member number. The only correspondence I've gotten is two emails asking for a rating of my experience.
