Careium: no nonsense customer support.
I had the need to contact the customer support at Careium today as I had inadvertently ordered the wrong device for my father. Angela Robinson one of their Customer Service Advisors was excellent. Rectified the order in an instant, handled all the complicated change over without need my input. It was sorted within 5 mins. Lovely lady and great service.

From day one following instruction of my cousins fall monitoring system. The family felt relieved and confident that Sheila was more safe in her own home, having Careium staff monitoring 24/7. Sheila did use the system a few times over the years, And family were soon updated by the call centre and action taken. Sheila is now in a nursing home and Angela Robinson kindly arranged the account closure, and personally wished Sheila well in her new home. Quite honestly l can’t recommend this company highly enough❤️

Cancellation of Careium
I found the whole process very easy and the call handler Angela Robinson was very kind and understanding in the change of circumstances which meant the equipment was no longer required. She arranged for packaging to be sent out to me to make returning the equipment easier with no requirement to wait in.

I spoke with Sophie to arrange for safety button to be installed and connected and I must say she was very helpful. Yamin Adam most polite and knew the Carium system well and especially about the new Abbey life line.He kept me in touch of each phase I went through to get this new device and sent me the form by email which my son helped me with.He also gave me the new cost.
Two weeks earlier I had spoken to a young man who had promised to send me a pendant in 5 days time which never arrived.He was not up to scratch and did not know the knew system.
Also I tried to speak to your finance team and after 15 minutes wait on the phone listening to the same music,gave up and tried another number and was grateful to get Yamin Adam who sorted out my requirements with acaring attitude and could not have done more so I was very impressed.You are lucky to have such a member of staff.

Options upon ringing Carieum very straightforward and I didn’t have too long to wait to get connected to a staff member. Angela Robinson was my person and she was very efficient in dealing with my enquiry. She explained what would happen next and asked me if I needed any further support. The lady I dealt with is apsolutly brilliant at her job and did everything I asked about. Set up my medication list and my needs I been with these people for a long time and things changing because of digital.
