Options upon ringing Carieum very straightforward and I didn’t have too long to wait to get connected to a staff member. Angela Robinson was my person and she was very efficient in dealing with my enquiry. She explained what would happen next and asked me if I needed any further support. Set up my medication list and my needs I been with these people for a long time and things changing because of digital. Dealing with an elderly parents account was so easy.
I spoke to Angela Robinson who was able to deal with my father’s account without all the usual palava that most companies put in place asking me to provide Powers of Attorney before they would speak to me. Thank you for making it so simple I wish BT and the banks would be as accommodating for those trying to help elderly parents. Glad to see some companies still operate some common sense procedures.

Efficient Customer Service
We have been using Careium's indoor personal alarm service for some time now with no actual emergencies, but we're always pleased with their efficient responses to routine tests. After I found my wife had (unusually) left our home, I spoke to Clive Tong yesterday about upgrading her service to an outdoor plan. He was polite and helpful, and we expect the kit to arrive this afternoon!

As a carer for my mum who has been a customer for a few years now, the care and support they provide has always been first class and the name 'Careium' says it all! It gives the family peace of mind that mum is safe in her home in the knowledge that we're only a phonecall away if she needs us as Careium will always step up if needed. Only this week on 22 May 2024 there was an problem with the smoke detectors and Yamin from Careium rang up straight away to link up the smoke detectors to their contact centre which resolved the issue. Great service as usual. Very friendly, professional and efficient 🙏

Excellent Customer Service
I’d actually emailed to cancel my father’s contract but Angela Robinson called me to discuss the cancellation and the reason for it. After a very reassuring conversation, and with new digital equipment on offer, I agreed to keep my father’s contract with Careium.
