Great service, communication and price! We moved into a house with a stair lift already fitted. We needed it removed asap as new carpets being fitted. We contacted the team on Saturday and Liam was with us Monday morning. All done super quickly and efficiently! Brilliant service, thanks again!

I had a lift fitted last week. The service was excellent. I had a great first meeting with Liam and then it was fitted at my convenience by James and Paul. They were efficient, tidy and courteous. A great job. I can highly recommend Carelift.

Good service by Carelifts Services. Liam was very helpful in giving us guidance on the different types of chairlifts. Did not rush us or pressure us into placing an order. The chairlift was installed by Jamie - very polite, efficient and professional. Very pleased with the service.

We received valued and excellent advice from Carelift Services from the time my Son-In-Law made first contact to the time of installation and payment.
The visit by Chris, who provided easy to follow advice on the type of appliance that would help us, to the professional installation by Paul who left our home free of debris and provided a complete overview of how our new chairlift operated we can only offer our sincerest thanks to all concerned.
We would highly recommend this company for help by any person requiring aid in their home.

James was great.. kind patient and very professional.

My chair lift stopped working so I rang Lesley at Carelift who always answers the phone so friendly and helpful. Although I was going to have to wait a day or so for an engineer she said if she could she would get me one sooner, and she did the engineer arrived promptly replaced the batteries and was gone in no time. Excellent service as usual.

The engineer did an wonderful job,and I was surprised that the stair lift was repaired the same day as I reported the break down.

Outstanding Service!
My parents were left in a difficult stressful situation when their usual service company decided not to attend a break down leaving my Dad confined to the downstairs of the house. We called Carelift to be greeted by the lovely caring and compassionate Lesley who organised an engineers visit for that evening. Liam not only fixed the fault but also reprogrammed the remote control, a long standing issue that other company was going to charge a silly amount for. As a family we feel so overwhelmed by the caring and outstanding service we’ve received. Many Thanks.

Brilliant service breakdown engineer arrived late pm carried out repair and serviced stairlift .
Fast service carried out with care would recommend.

Friendly folks and great service. Paul the installer was really lovely, ensuring I understood how the stairlift worked. He cleaned up after the lift was fitted and everything was left clean, neat and tidy.
I cannot praise this company enough from the initial contact, through to the office staff and the fitting.
