I would give zero stars if I could. They are the worst company to deal with. Over two months later and I’m no further along. There’s complete lack of communication no matter who I have spoken too. I’m now going through the complaints process and have shockingly only gotten 2 emails in 2 weeks after continuously chasing up for a reply from them. They don’t know what is going on within their own company and don’t communicate with other departments and pass the blame over to anyone else. There’s no professionalism. I understand the current situation with COVID-19 can cause issues but frankly they are taking the mick. My biggest regret is ever dealing with them. If you’re thinking of using them, please think twice and don’t waste your time like I have wasted mine. I do not understand how they are still trading. Once again the absolutely worst company ever to deal with.

Ali R area C. Top guy! He knew exactly what he was talking about. No waffle and provided all the facts. He understood exactly what we were looking for. He was able to talk us through the car which we had booked for a test drive and he knew the specifications etc. no sales talk- just the facts. He gave us a really good tour of the car and explained all of the functions we went for a test drive and he was very friendly. He even managed to sell us extras we hadn't intended to purchase cos he is so bloody good! My husband and I walked away with a fab Audi. Thank you Ali
