Great selection of cars at decent prices.
But be careful of the pushy sales team to sell you the car, and other products. We sat there and listened to more than half-an-hours sales talk :( and reluctant to accept a NO. Really annoying. Would hope the sales team be more sensible and helpful.
Outstanding Customer Service
When I was looking for a perfect family hatchback I was served by one of the exceptional, Dipesh Vaghela, who showed me around the dealership to find a car tailored to my needs and i was extremely happy and satisfied with the service that I received and would definitely recommend Cargiant to anyone else looking for a car.
Ruined my first car experience
Picked the car I was happy with, told me the car is "log book to follow" which means that I won't be able to pick up my car until the log book comes (don't know why they sell without it anyway, but hey) Luckily, I was flexible on collection cause I was going on holiday etc, paid my deposit but even though they never had the log book my sales guy BAH was insistent that I pick a collection time within a week or so of my purchase, PROMISED me that if the log book weren't there someone would contact me. NO ONE DID. Arrived on my collection day and behold.... NO LOG BOOK. I had already set up my insurance which I now had to cancel, which cost £103 all because no one could be bothered to call me. Turnt what was suppose to be an exciting day for into STRESS. Will be making a formal complaint to their team because the collection supervisor is a MESS, Adrien. I mean how is someone collecting a CAR and a vital item they need so they can actually drive away is not there!?!?! and NO ONE calls??? He even lied and said my collection was for another date when on the sales sheet it had the CORRECT date. End result, I still don't know when im collecting my car? no one has compensated me for my loss of insurance? and no exact date when the log book will come? WHAT A JOKE

I bought a car (Ford Focus for £10,000)…
I bought a car (Ford Focus for £10,000) from car giant late last year. It was advertised as having an inbuilt satellite navigation system. Secondly they claimed that I only had to buy and SD card for it that would cost me £20-30 and all will be ok.
Then they falsely misguided me several times on how and when they will fix this problem.
Only to find out
1. There was no inbuilt navigation system in it at all and only had a simple sync device placed.
2. They misguided and falsely reassured me they will find out from the company whether there was a way of installing one off the market .
I got confirmation from Halfords Ford and several other garages that this was not possible and that they have done this to many customers in the past
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT is UNACCEPTABLE and on top the constant false reassurances that this is been looked into and they will get one fitted for me .
It’s now 10 months and the problem remains unsolved!

Context
Context: We bought a car on Saturday 13th October (Mercedez A class, A180, ). This was taking on finance at the car price of £13,999.
When we went home we realised we made a mistake, as the car we bought did not accurately fulfil our future plan (we were planning to make the family bigger) and although the car was spacious for a small car, the boot space and back seats felt a little too compact. After consideration me and my wife decided we would like to exchange the car for a more expensive spacious one, with more leg room and boot space.
So I called Car Giant on Monday, spoke to the after sales team, who explained that there is an option to exchange the car policy however you are looking to make a loss on the car. I told the advisor that it is perfectly fine as I understand we made the mistake not Cargiant, I also asked the sales advisor how much the loss would be, however he was not willing to state a value and advised that it would NOT be something as ridiculous as £1k. So we went straight after work, thinking the quicker we go the more likely we can exchange and loose less value of the car.
When we went to car giant, we were speaking to part exchange “manager” to assist us and see what we can do.
Pritesh straight away pointed out without any thoughts that it would be loss of £1k on the value of the car. We were a bit gobsmacked, and we asked him why are taking off £1k after two days of bringing the car back where we had barely driven the car.
We also confirmed that the log-book change had not been sent yet to HMRC, which meant that no other owner would be added to the car history, therefore the value should not be affected at all, which meant car giant could sell the car back for £13999 again.
We asked Pritesh for a breakdown of the £1k figure, he stated that the car would go through mechanics, go through VAT, go through other checks before it is ready to sell again.
So I stated that it is fine, however how much is it exactly, can he provide us with the figures behind his reasoning of £1k loss in price, he was unable to give us any information and kept badgering on about the £1k loss in value. He could not provide any rational or thought process behind the figure he plucked up, and he was not transparent or honest at all in his deliberation. He started shouting and getting really defensive and all we were asking is for him to be reasonable, we did not mind the loss, we just felt the £1k was way to excessive. Particularly provided that the log bog had not been sent, we came back after two days, no mechanical issues with the car, I just could not get my head round his £1k.
So in the end, we realised loosing £1k from the value of the car would be too costly for us to add it to the new car as the new car was valued at £15,999. Therefore we decided we did not have any other option but to walk away.
I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided by "Manager" and felt other managers within Car Giant may have been more reasonable. We initially went to the sales team before speaking to the manager and they were very supportive and informed us that £1k would be unreasonable.
The after sales manager was not being honest or transparent, he could not justify his reasoning for stating that he would take down £1k from the value of the car. He did not understand our situation and was totally unsupportive. Totally unsupportive team and were very supportive during the sale of the car but completely reluctant to do anything to help us.
Bought an un-serviced car from car gaint
I bought a car from car giant where the service was due 18 days. I haven't seen that when I bought the car. They advised me that they cannot sale a car which is un-serviced. Soon I have seen it I raised with car giant now they are refusing that they have never told me that they cannot sale an un-serviced car.
Please do not buy cars from them. I checked for the car value on my vehicle check website it is £2000 less worth. I lost money and now I need to pay out of my pocket for the service as well.
They rush you with buying cars and soon you go on test drive they barley give you time to make decision. It is the worse place to buy a car. I will buy my next car from the main car dealer.

I was not happy with the service I got from them. I booked a test drive in advance . When I got there are on the day I felt forced to commit to buying the car even though I had just wanted to test the car that day!
Never nice to have pushy selling attitude , I was even asked how I want to pay deposit even though I hadn’t said anything about buying!
