The company that I had a Maxus Delivery 9 must be avoided…
The company that I had a Maxus Delivery 9 from are useless. They sent out a van that was an MOT failure even though they put it through. I had it checked at a local MOT station. Handbrake not working, can't open passenger door from inside, new windscreen wipers, back lights are wired wrong, wrong side mirror on passenger side so LCA doesn't work and the windscreen replacement is poor quality and not heated as supposed to be in this model and the passanger splash guard is missing that looks like from driving over something.The dealer have been no help with trying to get it repaired and in my opinion are just playing for time to stop a refund after 30 days but I'm getting it delivered tomorrow.
If they don't pay my refund in seven days there will be court action through my public liability insurance. I will also be asking for a refund in delivery costs as I don't feel comfortable driving it after the garage that I took it to on their behalf said that it's not a good idea to drive regarding the faults. The company is motors2go from Uxbridge and I will never buy through car gurus while you deal with these people. They also haven't paid the garage for the quote for the repairs that they asked for.

if this is the old fine car sale down wellington street,please be aware i brought a car from him last august and i consider him a cowboy. reason being he told me the door mirror will come under warenty, it didn't. over the period of time ive had the car i have had to spend £3500 to repair the car which it needed to be legal. the warenty was non existance. i have tried to contact to no avail
