I just bought some trousers from WIP . And they arrived when they said they would , however a 4 hour window for delivery without any update when driver is near is not ideal . WIP use ups and they have... See more

Atrocious delivery times and customer service. As of writing this review I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my item to arrive and still no closer to receiving. If you like the brand, then whatever you do, don’t use the online store.
Wish I’d read the reviews
Wish I’d read the reviews. Next time I’ll buy from ASOS. Come Monday my parcel will have been in UPS’s hands for 14 days. Tracking shows it standing still at Le Hope, in the UK the whole time. It occasionally gives me hope by offering a delivery time. And then fails to meet it. Perhaps it will arrive. I’m dreading the refund process if it comes to that.
Terrible delivery times
Ordered some shorts in what I thought would be plenty of time before my holiday. Turns out delivery time will be 18 days from placement of order so won't arrive in time. In hindsight I wish I'd ordered from elsewhere. Won't be ordering from here again. Didn't expect such poor service from a reputable brand.

10 day delivery time passed with nothing being dispatched. Multiple emails to customer services and brushed off with lies. Excuses about change of logistics, then mistaken addressing despite DHL shipping numbers being supplied which DHL confirmed they have never received goods from Carhartt to deliver. Only resolution to go to bank and try and get my money back.
Order a month before you need it!
I bought a sweatshirt and t shirt in 2 separate orders, the t-shirt took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, and the sweatshirt I ordered first, has still not arrived. I did finally find the 'shipped' email in my junk box and it is due to arrive Wednesday, nearly 4 weeks after ordering. I wish they would state the delivery delays as this was a birthday present for 6th May. It will be 21st on Wednesday if it comes that day. It was ordered in April. I wrote to customer service who did reply saying they were exceptionally busy...that was over two weeks ago too.
I wish I knew how bad it was before I ordered. You shouldn’t order from here to the UK
Probably the worst experience I’ve had getting a delivery online. 3 weeks after order and enough delays, my package was delivered to a store 30 minutes from my home. Not sure what use that is to anyone.

Ordered on 4 May and still not had my delivery I have emailed them several times and getting no sense out of them they have sent me tracking with ups which isn't a correct tracking number have sent another email today still no response not happy with the service so far
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE! I used to order a lot of their stuff when I was in high school, but NEVER AGAIN! The quality has gone WAY down and the customer service is abysmal. I returned my order the day after I got it, and received a confirmation that they received my return a week later, but two weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund. When I email them, it takes days to get a response, and they keep telling me they’re waiting on confirmation from the refunds department?? When I call their customer service line, it rings and rings. Finally, someone called me back, but they were rude and still couldn’t give me a clear answer. I used to think the rude, 20-somethings that worked there were only in-store, but clearly they run the whole company. PLEASE buy from real Carhartt or Dickies, don’t waste your time here!
Finally, three weeks later they refunded me for half of the order, but not one pair because of a basically non existent stain that couldn’t have possibly been made by me. Everyone is rude and unprofessional, save yourself the time and money. After a week of calling and emailing, I finally get an email from an unnamed ‘manager’ who can’t even give me the call back I requested.
Easy Replacement
I have been wearing WIP clothes for a long time. I never had the need to approach their support because my jackets are built like tanks. But I “lost” a snap button from the waist. I emailed WIP support and under 24hrs I had a reply. I explained my situation in more details. I verified my jacket by sending them a picture of the inside label. All went smoother than I expected. The next day I was again emailed and asked for my details. After I sent that I didn’t hear anything else until I checked my mailbox 3days after I emailed my details. There was a package from WIP. Inside I had the snap button replacement. And a couple more for just in case I imagine. My thanks to Mario and the support team at WIP.

Ordered t shirt online 2 weeks ago
Ordered t shirt online 2 weeks ago. Still not here. This was for husband birthday which has now obviously passed. Emails sent with replies 3-4 days later. Replies are nonsense and don't help anyone or anything. Company this big it's ridiculous. Get a grip Carrhart. Can't cancel order either. I'm now in the process of contacting trading standards. If you want something from this make, then buy from another website that sell it. ASOS sells Carrhart and is delivered in a couple of days. I'm gutted I didn't do this. Just thought going straight to the actual website would be better. Don't order from this website, it's awful and frustrating 😡

My brother accidentally bought me a Carhartt WIP gift card instead of actual Carhartt by mistake. Borderline false advertising in my opinion because the card has Carhartt in huge letters, then Carhartt work in progress in tiny letters. Anyway I look online, it's not my cup of tea. I'm sure it is for some people but I'm not looking for overpriced stylish hipster looks. I want work wear. So I email and ask to exchange for an actual Carhartt card. Sorry, we are different companies. Huh? If that's true you are ripping off the Carhartt name in logo so there is definitely some relation. I ended up spending it all on overpriced socks. What a letdown.
The quality of their garments is trash
The quality of their garments is trash, I’m not buying anything else!

Carhartt clothing is a little more expensive than other brands, however, the quality is exceptional and well worth the price.

Bought gloves for skiing, only used once, seam spilt, took back to shop, not interested at all, manager said cannot exchange. Cheap rubbish, AVOID
Excellent Damaged Package Resolution!
I had an issue with a damaged package, and Carhartt WIP handled it professionally and efficiently. Even though the damage was out of their control, they guided me through the claim process and quickly processed a refund. Communication was clear, and they were incredibly helpful throughout. A great experience despite the unfortunate situation—would definitely shop with them again!

I purchased a few items in this year's sale (order reference 7902053), and what a disappointment it has been. Although all the items were shown as in stock at the time of purchase, only one item was delivered when the order finally arrived nine days later—a T-shirt costing £22.50.
Alright, the website's inventory wasn't current with the actual stock (by 24 hours, as I was informed by customer service), yet I was still charged the full postage (£6.50).
For one item, I would not have considered this increase in the delivery charge and would not have proceeded with the purchase.
I contacted Customer Support, who were unhelpful and failed to answer my question or provide a solution.
Near Perfect customer service
The customer service here is very good. One of my hoodies from them came under damage, fortunately it was a drawstring so easily replacable. Went to Carhartt about this issue, to which they sent out a replacement part no questions asked, aside from pictures and labels. Admittedly customer service was a little slow, but I have no complaints with the resolution and I think it was well worth the patience. If you have been considering buying carhartt gear, I would definitely recommend as it will serve you well and customer service is keen to help.
On a side note, quality of clothing very respectable, and incredible value if ever on sale.
