While I had some trepidation about booking with someone I'd never done business I was not only satisfied but impressed. The people were great , knowledgeable and helpful. We rented three vehicles for two weeks. They were reliable and well equipped. Would definitely rent from them again.
When you do a self guided safari through Namibia and Botswana you are totally reliant on a vehicle. They delivered . Upon return there were no bogus or made up "extras". All in all a great contributor to our trip.

Friendly staff - perfect car! Car was with 100‘000 km. We knew before. Technic was perfect, 2 spare-wheels. Double tank for long distances. Great, next time again.

Vehicle was in good condition. Detailed explanation of all the features and how to setup the tent, etc. Everything was supplied for camping in relative comfort. Truck had a dual gas tank for exploring areas off the main roads. A rock from another truck chipped our window during our rental time. The fee charged for this damage was very reasonable (around $20 USD).

They were very helpful and very efficient in processing our request and getting us on the road. They demonstated all the aswpects of using the equipment and tents. The cars were faultless and reliable. Overall a ve4ry positive experience and happy to recommend them to others.

Excellent service, car and camping gear

Great long term relationship since over 10 years. Value Car Rental always lived up to expectations. They are still a business and sometimes that shows, but overall excellent experience.

Great company, nice people, reliable car that had been well serviced. Slightly older vehicles but for us it was not an issue and well worth the saving we made.

Very good car (top notch, very chunky tires, bull bar, etc - quite a lot more confidence driving this one compared to other rentals on the road), very friendly service, fair price and fair treatment. We did have one hiccup with the car but (compared to a lot of other stories we heard) this was not due to Value Rental’s negligence of maintenance or some kind of cheap trick (which you hear of from a lot of others, especially with flat tires and flat spare tires). But neither was it our fault. We were helped as soon as possible and never was there a moment of hesitation for releasing our downpayment because the car was checked and it was obviously not our fault. Big recommendation from our side to rent a car here!

Car was properly prepared and at good shape so there were no problems during two-week trip of 4500 kilometers.
Company solely informs you about rules and makes a guide of using equipment.
Definitely worth the price
