We picked up our rental car from Avis at 6am when we landed in Perth International Airport last Friday. Car was in excellent condition, easy to drive and we had great fun driving around discovering Perth on our own for 5 days. Returning the car at 5am this morning was also hassle free. I would recommend Avis car rental to anyone!! Thanks ever so much!!

Good price easy to navigate site booking confirmed in seconds five star service

This seemed too good to be true, but I kept on researching, and the other reviews I found were mainly good (with the odd worse one). I decided to risk this first booking, as we had nothing to lose, and a great deal to benefit, as it was for four weeks.
The entire website and booking procedure was very well presented, with good navigation, and all functioned well.
I've been very pleased with the online booking, and with one small query, which was answered eight minutes later by email - that really impressed me.
We haven't actually arrived to collect the car yet, so I must reserve judgement - so that's why I've only given four stars. Otherwise, I would have given five stars.

I have used Launceston Car Hire and due to now traveling to perth, I searched and found the equivalent. This is the fastest and best way to book hire cars, if you wish to pick them up at the airport. I have had many instances where a booking through AirportCarRental has been cheaper than going to the actual companies website. My tip, book early if travelling at peak times

My wife and I flew to perth for my 10 years long service award. Upon arrival at the airport we received our hire car, a Holden Caprice. The car was impecable and a pleasure to drive, the service was great and it made a big difference to our whole Perth experience. PS, we usually hire a small car but the price offered for the Caprice was cheaper. We will definitely use this company again.

The car we hired had the glove box falling out, dents and scratches all over it, part of the dash had been pulled out and was hanging on by gravity only.

The car was poor.

Also, when we got the car it took almost 25 minutes to get the car even though the car was ready and we were the only customer and there were 2 staff members at the kiosk.
