The whole process took little effort. It was easy to amend the booking once it was submitted. I'd use them again.

We arrived around Midnight and the lady at the counter was very helpful. Short walk to pick up the car. We we very satisfied with all aspects of the service and will use Budget next trip.

Booking process was well handled after incorrectly having me pick up
my vehicle from International terminal even though I had booked my
request as domestic terminal as flew in from melbourne vic.

Also it was quite a distance walk to the car drop off area

Red spot car hire at Perth airport were fantastic. Easy pick up and drop off and the guy who helped us fitted the child seats and gave good directions.

The staff at the airport even as late as our plane was, were professional and polite. The vehicle itself was an excellent car for our purposes over the 4 weeks. we were pleasantly surprised at the fuel economy doing 3500 klm at a cost of $170.00 Aust. The return staff were excellent also. very quick and efficient.
