Perth Airport Car Hire 

Only a short walk from the airport terminal to the hertz car hire. It took no time at all to sign the paper work and we were on our way. Drop off on the way back was fast a very pleasant staff member greeted us on our return took the keys and wished us a good trip back home. What more could one ask. I would highly recommend the company for their excellent service.

Price was excellent and the car was fine but why did we have to wait 30 minutes for the car when we'd booked months ago? No explanation or apology was provided although a few upgrade helped.

Straight forward, the only thing wss that I'd booked on line, and hsd opted and paid for one days insurance excess reduction already eith the online broker however was told bu bufget i would also needito takr this out with budget from the date I hired the csr. Which would duplicate the first day, I was then advised by budget that I could seek reimbursement from the online broke r which sermed like a waste of time.

The car was good and the booking service efficient. The problem was when picking up the car and returning no one was answering the phone numbers provided. This was very very poor service indeed!!

Wonderful experience

The service was great - I forgot to say that even though I was flying domestic to Perth I wanted to collect the car at international - it was no problem.

Good pick up and drop off service. Expected a slightly bigger car than i20. Good and clean. Service good but excess position not explained. Better than Eurocars - go the ACCC and their prosecution case.

Completion of all new works will make finding places around the airport terminals a lot easier. Also a directory of available service stations close at hand for refuelling purposes before returning hirecars would be advantages

The car was fine. We did get a flat tyre however they were easy to contact and gave us a few options to fix the problem. The car was an older car however for the cost it was pretty good value.

When we landed at the airport, we rang the number provided and a lovely lady came to pick us up and took us to Ace Rentals yard, we then booked in and the gentleman came out to the car with us and we went over the car for marks and dents, he then gave us the keys and a copy of the car condition and we went on our way, when we came back a lovely lady was waiting for us and looked over the car and marked it off and then took us back to the airport. Lovely service and lovely people. The only problem was that when it rained the windscreen wipers made a screeching sound, I think they need changing.

I would recommend you hire from Perth Airport Car Hire and that you select a Camry - wonderful car - didn't miss a beat. The Camry was very comfortable, easy to drive, roomy and just a dream to use. Only drawback is that you have to pay a re-location fee if taking car out of state even though the company probably re-hires the car back to where it belongs. Ours was Perth to Melbourne - $1000.00 re-location fee - a little outrageous we felt.
