Great insurance company.
I have a WorldWide Annual Plan policy.
Had a claim for car rental replacement tyre, which rental company refused to pay. The claim was dealt with efficiently & fast. Received full reimbursement within 3 days of claim approval, in currency of my choice.
All correspondence with CarInsuRent was courteous with lots of patience on their side.
Will continue using their service for many years to come.

I’ve had their insurance for a number of years and it gave me a peace of mind but I never really new if they will be there for me in case of a claim.
Lately I had to submit a claim. I was surprised with how easy and clear the process was! And within one week my claim was approved! I got paid in full at the time they said they’ll pay. So now I really feel I can recommend their service!

Amazing service - I can't even believe it! I took out a year's insurance, on the first trip everything went without accidents, but on the second trip someone in the parking lot made a deep scratch on the door, for which the rental company charged me 200 euros. I sent all the documents to carinsurent and very quickly after a letter with some questions I received a letter that my claim was approved and the money was transferred to PayPal

I bought a yearly rental car insurance cover. This is to avoid paying for very expensive car rental insurance at the counter every time. I had two incidents, one small, and one larger, but they were both covered fully. I sent an email and they requested additional documentation. After providing the documentation, my claim was approved, and the money was paid to my Paypal account. Any questions I had were promptly addressed as well.
