I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Car Key Solutions that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I purchased a Ghost 2 system from them, investing £550 for both the supply and installation. My experience was positive enough that I even recommended three additional customers to their services. However, when I acquired a new car, I was informed that I could transfer my old Ghost 2, which had been installed just 14 months prior.
To my dismay, they quoted me £550 for the removal of the device from my old car, the same amount I originally paid for the installation. This seemed unreasonable, so I inquired about the cost of a new unit, only to be told it would also be £550. After further negotiation, they eventually came back with a revised price of £480.
I found this situation utterly frustrating and felt it was nothing short of a rip-off. The lack of transparency and fairness in their pricing left me feeling disappointed and disgusted. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before choosing Car Key Solutions, as their customer service is far from satisfactory.1 star is not even deserving

We would like to clarify that the service you requested normally costs more than the amount quoted. However, after your call, our agent checked with management and we reduced the price to £480 in an effort to help.
We also want to explain that even if two vehicles are present at the same time, the labour still has to be carried out separately for each vehicle, which means the work must be done twice. This is why the cost reflects the additional labour involved.
We always aim to be fair and transparent with our pricing, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
