Terrible service
At the start they called everyday till I found a car made sure I signed everything and than they all disappeared?
I tried contacting everyone I was getting my calls ignored, made me wait up to 3 weeks to collect the car

From the first call you get to speak to a person he will give you his name and he will stay with you throughout your the process of buying a car. They are polite they are friendly. They make you feel a tease. They give you every single piece of information that you need. They come back to you and doublecheck with you, I have every stage you get handled with a lot of information but it’s then easy for you to make a decision couldn’t rate them highly enough

I called for quote for car finance, my call was answered by Mitchel who was really nice to talk to while being very efficient and completely professional.
He didn’t just arrange my finance, very quickly, but also found me exactly the car I wanted at a good price. I picked it up yesterday and I love it.
I’ve got a really good buy from a very reputable car dealer. Who I also gave a 5 star review. So big thanks to Mitchel who I highly recommend.
This was the most stress free experience that I have ever had arranging car finance.

Mohammed was a star act. He was exceptionally helpful and patient when I was having difficulties with the technology. He was clear and answered all my questions and made sure I understood. If the rest of the process is as smooth and pleasant, I will be astonished and delighted.

I entered into an agreement to make a purchase with a loan on 11/08/2026.
After completing all paperwork with the finance company and paying £100 to reserve the vehicle, I received a text message from Car Loans UK informing me their handover team will be in contact to confirm a collection time for the vehicle. I received a phone call the following day informing me the vehicle will be ready for collection on 24/08/2026.
I didn't hear from them on 24/08/2026 and I called them on 25/08/2026....which happened to be the 14th day of the cooling off period for the car finance agreement. I was put on hold while the customer service agent contacted the dealership for an update. I was then informed the vehicle would be ready for collection in a week.
I was not happy to be tie down into a car loan agreement without having seen or test driven the car I was purchasing. I instructed the agent to proceed with a cancellation of the order. The agent was extremely rude, trying to patronise me into staying in an agreement I had just clearly stated I no longer wanted to be in due to Car Loans UK's failure to deliver their end of the bargain. She threatened that my credit score would be affected if I cancelled, using strong arm tactics to pressure me into keeping the car. I maintained that I no longer required their service and she informed me that another department was responsible for the task. She informed me that they would call me back. I, of course, did not receive the call. I called back at the end of the working day for a follow-up and I was informed an email had been sent to the dealership (where previously calls had sufficed!) and they were waiting for a response. I'm uncertain as to why they need any information from the dealership to action my request, since they are well aware they have not organised a collection for me. I HAVE NOT EVEN SEEN THE VEHICLE.
I attempted to call Car Loans UK on two separate occasions today, and I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes each time with no one picking up the call.
I'm waiting to hear back from them but my case looks like one the Finance Authority should be looking into this company's conduct. I will update this as soon as I hear back from them. I'm not holding my breath!
