Kudos to Mr Vivek!
Kudos to Mr. Vivek! Due to the middle east disruption, the airline cancelled the flight. No one was picking up calls and there was no way to reach out to Gulf Air. Thankfully Carlton Leisure helped me to get the ticket reissued. Trust me...it was really a wonderful and an amazing experience booking with them.

I don't often book flights, so Carlton was a big, took all the stress away.

Airline cancelled flights, Carlton Leisure still haven’t processed refund
Booked flights through Carlton Leisure for partner’s birthday. Our flights were cancelled by the airline and we elected to request a refund, which we had to do through Carlton Leisure. Despite several emails and phone calls, each time being reassured that they will process things quickly, 4 months later I have still not heard back from them and have not received a refund. Given the current climate of frequent flight cancellations, you’ll be better off booking directly with the airline.

This company is absolutely useless
This company is absolutely useless. They have no active communication, barely reply to emails (usualy after 1 week delay) and the multiple phone numbers they have do not work. They make excuses that if the phone can't be answered, it's because 'lines are busy', which is nonsense.
Never had so much trouble with travel agent before. I will not book with this circus again.

My agent at Carlton leisure was called…
My agent at Carlton leisure was called Abhi. We had booked a holiday to India and Vietnam and the war in the middle East started . Abhi has been amazing in dealing with all our queries and anxieties regarding our flights. He was extremely helpful in finding alternative flight for us from Mauritius to London so we could join our friends on our schedule holiday to India and Vietnam. On our return from Vietnam to London, our daughter gave birth to our first grandchild and my wife wanted to stay longer in London to support our daughter. Abhi was again very helpful to reschedule my wife's flight to Mauritius. Abhi was prompt, professional and courteous in all our engagement with both over the phone and via email.
