One of the best Car mats companies I have ever come across not only did they beat the price of everyone else for their amazing car mats but the quality is outstanding. The order form is so easy to fill-in it. It demonstrates how you can do it and how thick the car mats are and what they can do is where you rest your heel on so it doesn’t go through the mat the thickness is amazing at this point they can make that so easy I’ve gone through Cars mats before and they’ve been rubbish but these guys are number one in my book. The delivery service was amazing they said it would be there on the day and it got there on the day. Thank you so much. I had a problem and they sorted it straight away. 100% recommend, especially if you are from over seas

I can not recommend these guys enough, we are returning customers and we will be returning again. The quality of the mats match the fantastic customer service from these guys. What makes this company brilliant is also the speedy delivery, living in Northern Ireland proves difficult at times with delivery and the time scale to get to me!! Not such with this company, I would highly recommend anyone from over seas to 100℅ to go ahead and place your order with confidence..

After receiving a set of mats where the…

After receiving a set of mats where the boot mat was at least 50% too big for a vw polo 2014 they eventually agreed to send out a new paper template for me to see if it fits better. And now the template is at least 10% too small pretty rubbish for a so called custon built mat. Avoid these people they are cowboys. Just buy a generic mat from any local car store for a third of the price.

Hi Steve,

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties finding the perfect fit. It sounds like you've had a tough time with this. Looking at the model you've mentioned, there shouldn't be an issue as whilst there's a variant, it's going to be one of two options.

As you've mentioned there's a 10% difference, whilst minor, it does sound like the paper template you've received is based on the mat without any edging.

If the mat shape itself follows the contours correctly, then it's the right model and all we need to do is produce the final mat with the 10% expansion.

Can I also check you've fitted the template to the top level of the boot and not the bottom?

Very slow in delivering the goods

I ordered a set of mats for my new car, I asked for standard service which was 3-5 days. I contacted the company to ask what was wrong and they said that the mats were with the courier. After another two days, I contacted Evri to see where the mats were and they informed me that they had not received anything from the supplier???
Eventually, after 16 days the car mats were finally delivered.

Thank you for notifying us of this issue. We've had a number of customers all experience the same issue. After investigation, we found that a full lorry load of parcels had been dispatched from our premises but the same lorry had miscounted the parcels to the wrong depot. This as a result, delayed the delivery of such parcels and any scans made by the courier.

We honestly can't apologise enough for the hassle caused here and rest assured, we have raised a serious complaint with the courier.

I placed an order on 7 April and the website stated delivery within 3–7 days. The order has still not arrived.
I have also contacted customer service by email requesting an update, but I have received no response.
Very disappointing experience so far. I am now having to look into alternative ways to resolve this.

Delayed delivery and slow customer service

89 days since I've ordered and the mats haven't even been dispatched!! You can see from recent reviews that their delivery times are delayed and are generally slow. They didnt convey this before ordering (otherwise I wouldn't have bothered ordering). They've now stopped bothering replying to emails, 2 stars as hoping the quality will be decent if and when they arrive. Experience so far, can't say I'd use them again.

As the delivery method chosen (Economy) was estimated to take up to 7 working days, it should have been delivered today (your 7th working) day), so for this reason, we upgraded your delivery label to express which means it should arrive within the next 24 to 48 hours.

We apologise sincerely for the slight delay there. Order volumes are higher than usual at the moment due to an increase in electric car orders. This is why we estimate delivery times rather than provide a exact date. Whilst 98% of our deliveries arrive within the estimated window, sometimes it might take a little longer. This is also due to us manufacturing the order for you from scratch. We don't sell off the shelf car mats, instead, we make everything to order right here in our UK factory.

Honestly a great company

Honestly a great company, the ordering process is very easy, just wack your reg in and choose what mats you like. I went with the carpet as i dont mind getting the hoover out. They are plush and fit absolutely perfectly. Recommended to the family and now three of them have already replaced their mats.
Also, dont sit on the fence with a boot liner, what a game changer! Wish I had of done that from day 1. Feels like a new car.

Cannot fault at all

TLDR: Great Customer service. Highly recommend.

Long version:

I ordered a boot liner for the car that was a custom fit. I missed the part in the description where it was a PVC mat. Thats on me, although it is easily missed in the description.

After coming on here and leaving a less than favourable review, contacting the company to see about returning the mat, Jack got on touch through here.

I canot fault Jack or the service I have received. He very kindly provided a return label, to send the mat back that I wasn't overly happy with, and exchanged the mat with one I was originally looking for with no fuss. I offered to pay the difference in cost (as it was my error) but Jack swapped it out for me.
I honestly cannot fault this company or their aftercare/aftersales service.

I would highly recommend using them and also recommend getting in touch if you are unsure about a particular product.

Great product great prices

Very disappointing.

Edit - I have updated my review to 3 stars. My mats completely missed quality control and I have swiftly received a full refund for them. Jamie was able to do this unbelievably fast and he is now going to look into why my mats missed quality control.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I paid for one of the most expensive car mat sets expecting high quality, but unfortunately that’s not what I received.

Firstly, the delivery was slow, which already set a poor tone. When the mats finally arrived, the stitching was clearly substandard across multiple mats, it looked rushed and poorly finished, not what you’d expect from a premium product. On top of that, the driver’s front mat constantly slips, which is not only frustrating but also a safety concern.

I contacted customer service and was initially offered a £7 partial refund, which felt quite unreasonable given the issues. After I complained, this was increased to £11.92. My other option was to send the mats back to be re-stitched, which wasn’t practical for me as they were bought as a present. In the end, I reluctantly accepted the refund, despite how inadequate it was.

What was particularly frustrating is that I was later told they could resend just one mat, despite me explaining that all four had stitching issues. This felt like an attempt to avoid properly resolving the problem or issuing a fair refund.

It’s now been over a week, and the whole situation has been handled poorly. For a company positioning itself as premium, both the product quality and customer service have been extremely disappointing.

Can you provide an order number so I can assist you please?

If you have ordered with us, it sounds like you've possibly ordered the Platinum. On receipt you've raised a concern regarding the stitching.

On raising the concern, it sounds like we've followed policy and requested to get them back but you've said this isn't possible. Then, as per our guidelines, we've instead offered a partial refund of maybe 10% as we can't refund further without the goods being returned. Then reading your comments, my colleagues may have offered a little more in a hope to resolve your issue.

Finally, it sounds like we've then offered to replace the affected mat but you've returned to confirm it's all mats? Does the above sound true?

My colleagues do follow strict guidelines regarding replacements and refunds. Typically we'd get the item back, inspect and then replace without any charge or refund in full. In some rare cases, we may offer to send a replacement without return but this is unusual.

If you can send what you have showing the affected mats, I will then reach out to the person/s you're dealing with.

Poor customer services no help with no solution my Boot mat Didn't fit despite providing correct information

Genuine company ordered a set of mats and a boot mat ordered using my number plate and selected correct option applicable to my car ie (spacesaver boot) unfortunately the boot mat was a good 2 inches too big i contacted customer support and sent images they was no help at all offered no solution my last message i asked them to send a returs lable and i would just return that was ignored. A real shame as the rest of the mats are brilliant i will say the lowest grade carpeting is not the best but then again it was the cheapest option they are well made delivery time for me was reasonable considering i orderd around a bank holiday.

However, in rare cases, not everything goes to plan. It could be the vehicle was originally fitted with a tyre inflation kit and it was later swapped with a tyre?

As we offer variants for this model, we should be able to swap the item without hassle. You are covered under our perfect fit guarantee so either way, you won't incur any additional charges.
