Here’s a clearer

They are doing a great job. Every time I ask about the process, they explain everything clearly and are always willing to help. Whenever I need to know something, they are a huge help.

So where can I start

So where can I start? I was looking at some cars and I saw one that I liked, so at the bottom of the website I found CarMoney, so I went on their site and applied for hp then I had a call from Stephen bankier. He asked me what car I was looking for.

he did try to offer me some other cars, but he knew I had my heart set on a certain car, so he went out of his way to find that car for me

throughout the application process, I had nothing but calls and texts from Stephen. He updated me about everything. I was never left in the dark, so what a top bloke.
I 100% recommend CarMoney to anyone.

The process should have been easy

The process should have been easy, but the firm who have provided my finance work on e-sign, when it came to signing it didn’t work, I was sent forms by stallantis ( the lender) and car money, it got to the point where I received 4 lots of the same form to print out sign and upload, I sent the wrong ones which I later corrected and then was told everything was ok and the funds were in place, then on Saturday was getting texts from Stellantis again asking me to verify stuff that had already been done, then today I’ve had 3 phone calls from people working on behalf of car money asking for feedback, I hadn’t even picked the car up!!
