WoW cannot daily the service from Ben and the rest of the carnow leading team. The service has been on point right the way through the whole process. Can not recommend them enough

Unbelievable service from enquiry through to delivery. Not only was Ben patient throughout our endless requests for information but by fair the most competitive with all of our quotes. His communication throughout lockdown was fantastic and quite frankly he was just a great guy to deal with.

From start to finish Ben was a dream to talk to. Listened to exactly what I wanted and found a car for me on that day which was then signed for a week after. He was there every step of the way when I had any questions and was a pleasure to talk too. Both my mum and husband are no using Ben and I would recommend him to any one wanting to get a new car especially if your a novice like me.

Barnabus is a small charity in Manchester helping homeless people find a home. We have a very small budget and we must show value for money to our supporters, who hold us to account to spend their donations wisely.

Ben listened to our concerns and was able to find us a cheaper deal than the one which was ending. He helped us with managing our cash flow and when there was a delay with handing back the previous lease car, Ben couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was easy to understand, the process was easy and Ben was on the other end of the phone for questions.

We really recommend Ben if you are tired of dealing with people who just see you as another commission!

Would highly recommend CarNow to use for vehicle leasing. I have been dealing with them for about 3 weeks arranging my new car. I didn’t fully understand the leasing policy and the staff member that was dealing with me (Ben Crompton) was extremely patient and polite in explaining it. He also really helped me with the best vehicle to choose for my needs.
From the beginning to the end, the contact and communication from him has been excellent. Regular emails even if there was nothing new to report, just letting me know things were still moving behind the scenes.
Customer Service this good seems to be becoming quite rare these days so it is nice to see.

Contact was always prompt, polite & professional. I'd had a terrible experience with my local dealer, who i'd actually ordered from but then couldn't supply me with what i wanted. Ben had sorted everything withing 48 hours inc a finance approval. Was even happy to let me wait until the new reg came out in Sept too. Nothing is too much trouble for Ben & that's why i don't hesitate to recommend him to everyone i can. I will be back in touch in the new year when more of our company cars are up for a renewal.

I must take time out to give this man some well deserved credit. With my car lease due for renewal, I stumbled across Ben Crompton @ CarNow through various leads.
Having come across many a sales contacts over the years within the leasing industry, Ben was by far the one person that stood out from the crowd, for his professionalism and friendliness.
From start to end, he has shown nothing but some good quality customer service. No request to big nor small. He was more than happy to answer all my queries with his industry knowledge and was happy to keep on searching until I was happy.
Needless to say, Ben has now placed me in my new car but his services did not stop there. He was happy to stay in touch after all the paperwork was signed (at which point to be fair, his job was done), to make sure that I was happy with everything and offered some specific vehicle knowledge to get me driving away in my new vehicle with familiarity with the specifics of the car.
