Update 8 Nov 17
Received a very apologetic email saying both my emails went astray into spam. I received a full refund and have had further correspondence. I now fully understand what went wrong and I am very happy with the outcome. My opinion now is that this is a responsible company who back their product 100%. I would be comfortable dealing with them again.

I ordered a touch up aerosol can of paint which carpaint.co.uk mix to match the car's paint code. The order was processed quickly and delivered within the specified 2 to 3 days. No complaints on that score.

The can was faulty and instead of spraying a fine mist, it splattered blobs of paint through the unique nozzle supplied on the can. The can received a thorough shaking before use. There were no instructions supplied other than the basic ones printed on the label. I have had some experience with spray painting and the use of aerosol cans over the years.

I contacted carpaint.co.uk by email, explained the problem and asked where we go from here. I received no reply other that the automatically generated one. I contacted them again two days later and again received no reply.

The business does not publish any contact details other than email, such as phone or fax which, on reflection, should have sounded alarm bells. I do have their address but as they are at the other end on the country it is not worth visiting them. I guess they know that too.

I would suggest looking elsewhere if you need such products
