When we realised your original order didn’t arrive, we issued a full refund promptly as we were unable to send a replacement at that time due to stock issues. As a gesture of goodwill, we sent a replacement at the beginning of October free of charge. However, upon further investigation, we now see that the address provided was incomplete, which unfortunately caused both the original and replacement wipers to be undeliverable.
To make this right, we would be happy to send the wipers again. Could you please provide us with an alternative or updated delivery address? We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and hope it will successfully reach you this time.
We sincerely regret the frustration caused and appreciate your patience in helping us resolve this matter.

I used the wipe wave website to order new wipers,the website takes you to the wipers that match your car. The wipers do not fit my car and customer service is not responding to my email. Avoid!oo

Website found the wipers for my car. When they arrived they did not fit. Tried myself and a mechanic. Company don’t answer the phone or emails for returns. Waste of money and time.
