All very seamless. Car was waiting on our arrival. Staff friendly.

on drop off at Birmingham airport, even though we rang them coming onto the round about outside of the airport...so plenty of notice, they still kept us waiting 40 minutes to drop off our car, thankfully only 15mins on the return journey, but still it was pouring with rain so we luckily stayed in the airport.

I’ve had a great experience using meet and greet! The changeover went so smoothly, there was no waiting around upon arrival and when leaving. The staff were so kind and professional. It made my holiday much more easier knowing my car was safe and minutes away from Birmingham airport. My flight was delayed for 7 hours and they didn't charge any fee. The car was ready for pick up every time. I will definitely be using this service again.

Excellent service. Easy drop off and collection at the train station. 5 mins to terminal via the skytrain. Meet and greet were there waiting for us both times! Thank you ))

Fantastic experience , we had an early morning flight and we found the valet parking easy, someone met us there and took our keys then when we got back someone met us in the same spot and handed the keys back. Carpark is very close to airport so not far to walk and was easy enough to call them half hour before each time and call was answered and everything was easy. Would recommend and will use again! Thank you

Excellent service for a trip over Christmas - location fantastic for dropping off (no need to worry about paying to enter a dropping-off zone like at other airports), and when we phoned after collecting baggage, the car was already parked up in the train station drop-off car park ready to collect. I was also able to easily contact them to change the car details when my own vehicle unexpectedly had to go into the garage!

Booked a while back for a week's parking. Arrived early morning and they were waiting for me. Simple exchange and I was off on holiday. Arrived back today and called them to say I had landed and was in my way to collect my car. Saj answered and said he would be waiting for me. True to his word Saj was waiting with me car and keys. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and anybody parking at Birmingham airport you should consider using these guys as I will again.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! Absolutely disgusting company to deal with.

We left our car with AK Meet & Greet under the impression we were booking with Birmingham airport car parks. After waiting 30 minutes for our car to be returned to us, it had been damaged!!!!

They had parked our car at the nearby railway station car park and both sides of the car were keyed!!!!!

They are taking no responsibility whatsoever and offered us 50% towards our insurance excess - really!!

We are currently in the process of getting quotes for the repair and will be sending them the bill - we will take this all the way!

How do these guys sleep at night when you read the reviews of how this company operate!

When you book and pay for valet parking, you expect your car to be safe!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not book with this company, closed no one at the address, contact number out of service, had to pay and park in main airport parking and nearly missed my flight because there is no car park. Scam avoid

Left the car at Birmingham airport for a week, arrived at 4am, left the car with Sadj, very quick service. Arrived back a week later and Sadj had my car waiting for me, was able to drive off straight away!
