Quality of the clothes are fantastic, I have purchased three items of clothing and their customers service is also very good, You send an email and actually get a response.

Supreme look and an amazing fit, one of the best pair of jeans I have purchased, and i have a lot of jeans. These jeans are of equal if not better quality than luxury brands i have purchased in the past. I am suitably impressed.

New brand to me recently The bottoms are 10/10, so good bought four colours

it took me ages to find the right fit bottoms so I was really happy when I came across carpe ominia. the delivery was quick which always helps and will definetley be keeping a eye out for new items in the future

Sent clothes back as customer didn't like the fit, no refund issued yet, still trying to chase this up, emails sent and no replies.
Will be issuing either an investigation soon, or logging with the bank to get the money returned one way or another, were talking quite a big amount that has not been refunded, everything was sent back within there time frames, proof of returns sent to the company aswell and Still no communication received as to when a refund will be issued

Terrible experience from start to finish. The product arrived with a defect. Customer service is completely unreachable and does not respond to emails. There is zero accountability or willingness to solve the issue. I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company.

I wouldn’t recommend buying from Carpe Omnia. I’ve had two pairs of their jeans start ripping very easily, almost like paper. While they look great, the quality just isn’t there.

I gave them several opportunities to resolve the issue. The first time, they eventually sent a replacement. However, the second time has been extremely disappointing. I’ve sent over 20 emails since the end of December and have either received unhelpful, generic responses or no reply at all for months. As of 14th February, the issue is still unresolved.

The customer service has been very poor, which is a real shame as I liked their products. Unfortunately, because of how this has been handled, I won’t be buying from them again.

I bought 2 cargo pants and i get just one … this is really bad costumer service ..

If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased a sweatshirt which has not been delivered however they were happy to take my money. It was not received by Royal Mail who were the delivery agent therefore I suspect that it never left the warehouse. Customer service non-existant. No sign of a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM CARPE OMNIA.

Very poor customer service. Ordered from them in December 2025 but items were never despatched. 7 emails to customer services and only four standard generic email reply’s from Stephen. Shocking service. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

First their sizing is pathetic.
Secondly. I returned some items on 14th Jan. They received them on 19th January.

They still use a paper slip (archaic) and make you pay for postage - fine it was my choice to order multiple sizes.

Didn’t hear anything from them. Chased up. They asked me to confirm what I had returned? well how would you NOT know that given my parcel is tracked if you had just opened the parcel?

I followed up with the info - I still haven’t heard anything and have charged my card back.

AVOID! go silent when you send items back! Disgusting!

Ordered a pair of joggers and unfortunately they were too long. Sent them back and wanted a full money return. Still no refund and it's been nearly two months. Send a link to customer service regarding the laws on refunds and still nothing....

bought pair of joggers and never received item. been trying to get someone to resend or refund through email and they keep responding with let them check with an update - been 3 months and still nothing. Seems like they are trying to avoid giving a refund or resend the item i never received in first place

Terrible company, terrible quality so we sent the items back and no refund was received!! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Con atrists and they don’t reply to the reviews.

Made an order on 30 November, still not received. Terrible customer service, have emailed the company but received no response. Won't be buying anything from them again.

Never got my package. Never got my refund. They just stopped responding all together. Do not order from this company!
