I ordered 2 cargo pants recently and have only received one. They were ordered together. I emailed them asking about the 2nd pants. After a day I got a reply asking to send pictures as to what arrived. So I responded immediately with pictures and here I am almost 10 days later still waiting for a response. I’ve emailed them once or twice every day since and have had no response. Customer service is none existing with them. Shambles,avoid

I have returned my order but never received my refund and they are ingnoring my email, worst place to buy

Unfortunately, I’ve had a terrible experience with this company (Carpe Omnia / Seize Everything Ltd). I returned a product in perfect condition within the legal 14-day return period, as per EU law. Despite multiple emails and even an official complaint through the European Consumer Centre (ECC), I have never received a refund of €174.86.

At first, they ignored my emails for months. Then, they falsely claimed the refund had already been issued. After I sent proof that no payment had been received (including confirmation from my bank), they still refused to take real action. Each response was vague and evasive, clearly aimed at delaying.

Even ECC Netherlands confirmed in writing that I am legally entitled to a full refund. Yet the company stopped responding to them too, forcing me to consider a European small claims procedure.

Be very careful. They might appear professional, but once you return your product, you may never see your money again. A refund is not a favor, it's a legal obligation.

Returned an item and still not refunded.
Claim it wasn’t actually returned despite being sent with an Post. Use them daily and everything gets to its destination.
Very unhelpful after spending €50 which has essentially been wasted

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. Avoid.

I ordered a pair of trackies on the 10th of last month. They arrived and were too small, within 3 days I sent them back at the post office. It has now been almost a month, and I haven't even received confirmation that they have received them back. All I wanted was a pair in the size up. Since them I have sent 4 emails, and had 1 reply at an insanely slow rate. They claim to aim to respond within 2-3 days but this isnt remotely accurate. I haven't received confirmation that my return has arrived, I am now without the clothing item, without a refund, and can't seem to get hold of anyone to help me. I feel like I've been robbed...

Sent a few items back for refund, nothing received. Chased a week or so later, had an apologetic email - and then still no refund. No further contact received since.

Looking at the mass of negative reviews this year, its clear they are on the verge of shutting down and just trying to rinse everyone for a few last quid. You might get your order, but dont bet on it. And if you need to return, you might as well just throw the items in the bin rather than just donate them back to their fire sale. AVOID!!!!

Another company that ignores the law.

Really wanted to order, but unsure of size.
Then I see this in their returns "terms"

"Please note we only offer full refunds on full priced item(s) or item(s) purchased with a discount code of 10% and less . Sale items can be exchanged or returned for an e-gift voucher."

This is contrary to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which clearly state:

"Right to cancel: Consumers have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel an order for any reason, starting from the day they receive the goods.

Refunds: Once the goods are returned, the seller must issue a full refund within 14 days. "

I'm in the UK and was just about to buy from this site. But when I checked their terms and conditions I saw '*Please note that customers outside of the EU may be responsible for custom duties.' I've bought from the company last year before they went bankrupt and everything was delivered duty paid. I like the clothes but don't want a shock extra cost for import to the UK from Ireland.

Still waiting to hear on my refund/return since March 2025. They have done this to multiple people but the looks of the comments on their social media posts! Avoid getting robbed

Love my clothes. Bought from this company numerous times and always so impressed by the quality of the clothes.

Carpe Omnia really went beyond my expectations and I am already planning my next order. Sizing and quality is incredible. I would really recommend for anyone looking for key fashion and staple wardrobe pieces.

I purchased jeans in December, the sizing was atrocious, ordered a 34 waist and they came fit for a 10 year old. Asked for an exchange which I had to sort out and pay for myself. Since then I have had no response to multiple emails and Instagram messages and they have taken all of their stock off their website. Quite literally daylight robbery.

SCAM! I am now without the jeans I purchased and my money! Disgraceful!

Terrible company, quality is rubbish, clothes fall apart after a few months, cargos, T-shirts.
Does not respond to any emails, or messages on any platform.
Do not buy from these.

Some of the best quality items I've owned I hope the Louth lads didn't screw this up

Shocking scammers - had a return authorized, sent the return 6 weeks ago tracked, it’s been delivered and now these guys have ignored me since - sent several emails and social media messages with no joy. Current out of pocket
