Once again Carpet Giant in Sittingbourne have given us a first class experience, Jeremy and the team are doing friendly and knowledgeable, we made a small measuring mistake but it was not a big deal and Jeremy sorted it out very quickly and efficiently.
This is the third time we have been back and to be honest I don't think I would go anywhere else now, I love the top rate customer service the friendliness and their honest opinions. Great team

I received excellent and efficient service in the Charlton store. John was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on a new carpet for my stairs. Andre and Marcelo were extremely professional and courteous and did a superb job fitting the carpet. Would highly recommend.

John was great in helping us on the carpet selection and all aspects of measurement. Booked in really quick. Great guy and fun to talk with. Fitters were awesome, finished in record time and cleaned up after as well. Also great guys!

There was a wide range to choose from and John was very knowledgeable about quality, hardwearing, soft, and all the other bits and pieces that would be needed.

A massive thanks to Rob Thompson (Store Manager - Maidstone Branch), who gave us priceless advice what product would be best for us. The man's been in the flooring business for decades, which you can tell by the wealth of knowledge.

There's a great selection in store, and I can verify that the Invictus LVT range is up there (quality wise) with the more well known brands, such as Amtico & Karndean...but at a fraction of the cost.
We had two rooms done in January 24 and they're still like new! Definitely worth going for the border edging as it gives a cracking finish...and when I say you get a good fit, it looks like the floor goes under the skirting boards - not up to them.

A true pleasure to deal with from start to finish, 5* service and product at a bargain price.

Went into the store in Sittingbourne and the 2 guys were absolutely amazing. Haydn walked with me to show me round and he was really helpful.

I felt that l had a problem with my new carpet fraying at the door, so phoned to speak to someone at Carpet Giant who asked me to send photos. l did this and got a reply with suggestions within minutes. I later had another message saying to contact them again if the problem is not solved. Brilliant service after care. I would certainly shop with them again.

I can't speak for the carpet fitting yet as it hasn't been completed yet, but Rob & Theo in the Ashford branch were so professional... awnsered each of my 50 emails regarding questions about fitting etc and were so helpful and patient. They acknowledged and was so nice to my little girl when in store which is always a brownie point for me. Such lovely guys and they actually helped with my decision to choose carpet giant as other places customer service wasn't anywhere near as good, it really is important. Carpet giant you have 2 really great employees there! Thanks guys:)

From the very first day we stepped in, it's been top service, John helped with making sure the measurements initially taken were accurate and went above and beyond to help getting our carpeting installed sooner!

These guys are great. They had to come back because I have no clue what a Z bar is. But they’re committed to working late to get the job done. Great selection in their store. Helpful and know their stuff. Straight forward and easy to deal with. High recommend, especially for central London.
