Pat at Thornton heath stire gave us great customer service as always.

I felt that l had a problem with my new carpet fraying at the door, so phoned to speak to someone at Carpet Giant who asked me to send photos. l did this and got a reply with suggestions within minutes. I later had another message saying to contact them again if the problem is not solved. Brilliant service after care. I would certainly shop with them again.

I can't speak for the carpet fitting yet as it hasn't been completed yet, but Rob & Theo in the Ashford branch were so professional... awnsered each of my 50 emails regarding questions about fitting etc and were so helpful and patient. They acknowledged and was so nice to my little girl when in store which is always a brownie point for me. Such lovely guys and they actually helped with my decision to choose carpet giant as other places customer service wasn't anywhere near as good, it really is important. Carpet giant you have 2 really great employees there! Thanks guys:)

From the very first day we stepped in, it's been top service, John helped with making sure the measurements initially taken were accurate and went above and beyond to help getting our carpeting installed sooner!

These guys are great. They had to come back because I have no clue what a Z bar is. But they’re committed to working late to get the job done. Great selection in their store. Helpful and know their stuff. Straight forward and easy to deal with. High recommend, especially for central London.

Service at Carpet Giant in Charlton was excellent. I went in a few weeks ago and spoke to a lovely lady who helped price up a carpet - she was so helpful and patient. Today I went in to place my order and a very kind gentleman helped me. The whole order was so easy and such nice people to deal with. Very refreshing. It’s made me feel very confident now with delivery and fitting which is due in a week. Thank you for your help.

Andre and Junior were very professional and attentive from the Charlton branch. They had great attention to detail. We highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Carpet Giant but in particular we would like to thank Andre and Junior who fitted the carpets to our two bedrooms. They could have not been more helpful and took their time to ensure the best possible fit onto an old vinyl tile floor.

John was so polite and helpful, great prices too.

Andy was fantastic from start to finish – incredibly helpful and efficient. He booked us in quickly to get our stairs carpeted, and the whole process was completely hassle-free. My mum is absolutely delighted with the colour we chose and how quickly we got booked in. On top of that, the price was very reasonable compared to other carpet fitters in the area. Excellent value for money and top-notch service – highly recommend!

I went into the store for some advice with a view to purchase at a later date. I met Donald who was absolutely amazing and gave me all the info I needed! I highly recommend the company if they employ staff like Donald.
