Waste of money

Carpet Queen Corby - This company apparently cleaned the carpets in my house (organised by the tenant on departure). Looked ok when wet but as soon as it dried, it was no cleaner, dog hairs still all over it and still smelt of dog despite her saying a deodoriser was used. I managed to get the stains out with some OXY stain remover myself and had to thoroughly hoover to get the dog hair up. Complete waste of money.

They came for just after 9am.

They came for just after 9am.
They were gone by 9.20-9.30 am
I asked it a stain had gone after he had finished,he asked his wife to get the small utensil and went over it with that.she came inside on the carpet with shoes on she had been outside to give the utensil to him.while he was finishing that I asked her how long to dry she said it's nearly dry you will be able to walk on it straight away.
It was soaking wet.i was kneeling down to clean skirting board. Had to o kneel on double towels.
It does not look as an if he has even been cleaned, any grubby stains sre still there.it's a basic once over with water and gone.i could not tell if the stains had gone until morning.
Not happy would not recommend
