Avoid this company! The salespeople in the Leiderdorp store were friendly and helpful but when it came to the company visiting the house to confirm the fitting measurements and then a few weeks later they simply didn’t show up on multiple occasions, at no point was I contacted by the company - I had to call and email multiple times asking what was going on and when they were coming.

When they actually fitted the carpet about half the stairs were not glued down properly and many were not cut or fitted correctly either. I was told that I should wait a few hours before hovering the carpet so this was only apparent hours after the fitter had left. In the worst place the carpet was left unstuck 5cms above the floor!
After unanswered emails I actually visited the store. Again the salespeople were friendly and it was arranged for the store manager to visit my house to inspect the work. When he came to visit, he was not friendly and he refused to make any comment when I asked him if he thought that the work was acceptable or if he’d be satisfied with this quality of fitting in his house. He said that he would be in touch on Monday.

4 weeks now and I have still heard nothing except 2 emails stating that my payment is overdue.
I have written multiple emails. No response to any of them.
I am reluctantly writing here as I’d much have prefered the company to come around and correct the areas that were not stuck down properly and replace / recut some of the multiple stairs that were not cut in a straight line.

STAY AWAY!
They should be called Carpetwrong!
I hope that by publicly shaming you, you will come around and sort the problems out before I start posting videos or handing out photos of their work to customers before they enter your stores to warn them away!

Update to my review.
It is nearly 3 months since the carpet was not correctly installed. Despite what was written here on trustpilot I am yet to have any reply from any of the emails, visits to the store, or reply from the store manager who said that he would contact me within a week.

Perhaps I need to take a video and post it on social media? It shouldn’t take more than an hour to property stick the carpet down and replace the pieces that were mis cut.
I had hoped that the quick and positive reply to my initial post here would mean a quick solution to the mis fitted carpet.
Unfortunately it seems that trustpilot is just words and no action!

We got our carpet in 4 weeks , it is a good quality given the price. We are very happy with the product. Little downside was the communication. We didn’t receive any update from the store. We had to call couple of times to check the status of our order.

We are very satisfied with new look of our stairs. The carpet installer has done a great job! Perfect, detailed work. I highly recommend.

I got some good advice for carpet. As the company is also dependent on the upholsterers, who can unexpectedly become ill. But luckily we got an appointment after one week.
The installation was quick and good but the finish was not the best. Strips had to be installed but they didn't installed it as upholsterers didn't had right tools to install.
Overall good carpet but not happy with services.

I am so grateful for my beautiful new flooring in my home. I want to say thank you to the master who laid my floor. They did everything very quickly and cleanly. I also want to say a special thank you to the consultant at the store. He was very polite and accepted all our conditions and wishes.

I love the product and the workers where so great and also helpful with telling me info on how to take care of the flooring.

Sales personel gave two different cost estimate for the order. Installation was delayed several weeks due to lack of staff and no proactive communication was done to inform about the delays & confirm the final install date.

Employees are very professional. They give you the right options at the right price. They also give good recommendations. At carpet right we were able to find a good deal for a rug that we liked a lot

The interaction in the store was great.
Firstly the pre inspection was not done. Waited on the day and later called the store to realize they did a mistake in the appointment date. Finally got the pre-inspection done a week later after which we were supposed to receive a call to schedule the final installation. It’s been four days since the inspection but we did not receive any call. when we called the store, they said they are really busy and they will call back. But no luck.
Tried to call back again today no one is picking up.
Initially we were told, it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the installation and out of this ,2 1/2 weeks are over only in chasing them to get an appointment.
There was also a mistake in the final amount on the invoice.

They installed the carpet on the staircase. They did a very good job. I'm really very happy with the service. The person did very hard work. I really appreciate his professional work.
