STOLEN MONEY and no service, I ordered a Carpet on November 11th 2022 and it has still not arrived in mid January 2023. No response to phone calls or emails. Do not buy from this place as you will not see your goods or money.

Bad communication
Now that everything is done and paid, they are not responding ...
They have not use or install what I have paid, I ask multiple time to simply give back the money because the articles were returned. No answers ...

We had great experience the team of Carpetright Utrecht Europalaan, in particular with Peter de Klein. They were very friendly, helpful in guiding us in our choices, and throughout the whole process.
We had very difficult situation with a hot water flooding on a bamboo floor which let to very large growth of black (and another known colors of) mold, and it was very difficult process to remove the old floor and prepare for the new one.
During te removal of the old floor the wheel of the machine broke, and it needed to be taken out of the apartment and a new one was brough in the same day. Amazing operation without any significant damages on walls, door frames etc.
Because of some residual moisture, we had to start the placement of the floor with a delay, even overlapping with the return of our furniture, but the team (Emre) did very good in placing the PVC, and taking care of perfect alignment of the floor and sealing the “plints” with the walls and the floor.

We were impressed from beginning to end with our experience at Carpetright in Amsterdam. Selecting and buying our new laminate and carpet was easy and the sale associate was very helpful. We were able to get an installation date soon after our purchase. The floor and carpet installer was fantastic - very detail oriented. They treated the job like they were installing in their own home. We are very, very happy with our new floors and our carpeted stairs. Definitely a five-star experience.

I was attended to by nice staff in Sittard even when they couldn't speak English, they made the effort to get someone to assist. Explanation on the product was given perfectly which allowed us to make an inform decision. The reason for not giving 5star was just the fact that the price is higher in comparison to other stores.

We ordered the new carpet by Carpetright in Amsterdam. The 2 workers did a great job. They worked hard and very precisely. They removed the old carpet and replace it with the new one. Great job .....nice new look.

I am very happy with the services provided by Carpetright. I had visited the shop many times and staffs were really helpful. I had chosen the offer where services would be free. I had even checked the prices before the offer and it had not changed and korting was applied on the same amount. It means the offer was not fake or made up.
The person who had come for the service was really well behaved and very skilled in his job.

They have even allowed to take samples to home to see how does it look. I couldn't return on time because of personal reason but they were so considerate.

My friends and family everyone is very happy with the products. It really up to our expectations. Thanks a lot :)

Great customer service with John in Hilversum. Quick delivery of my cutain. Extra attention for the sizing was worth it. Very happy!!

We have ordered curtains and blinds twice from them, and both times the experience has been terrible. The communication and service is extremely poor. We advice everyone to stay clear of them.

We bought some roller blinds, wooden blinds and curtains. The advise was very good and we are very happy with the result and the whole process.

I am not happy at all with the work done by Carpetright. In 3 months I have spaces in my wooden parquet.
A wouldn't recommend Carpetright at all.

Worst service ever. I bought a pvc floor, the week it was supposed to be put into my house I got a call it wasn't available for 2 more months. They wouldn't let me cancel my order at first, only if I paid 50% of the amount.

It’s carpetwrong not right, I ordered from them and the carpet was shorter than I ordered.

I'm very glad with the purchase of my blackout curtains from Carpetright. They arrived on the agreed date/time!
