I have been browsing through the website and find easy all the needed informations regarding the products of my choice. I received updates about the delivery and very concise instructions. Reliable tracking delivery trough their chosen partners. The Gouda cushioned vinyl flooring I choose exceeded my expectations. Not just incredible in look because of patterns and color shades but it's soft and resistant at the same tíme. So comfortable to walk barefoot.

Poor and unable to accept…
Poor and unable to accept responsibility for their own service.
They outsource delivery - fine. They spotted an issue with contact number, reached out and we rectified it.
At delivery - no attempt was made to inform us delivery had arrived, instead their delivery driver sat parked down from our unit then just drove off. No knock, no phonecall, no proper attempt.
Now want to charge us to return the goods?!

Ordered 3 pieces of carpet
Ordered 3 pieces of carpet. 4mx3m and 2 4mx1m pieces. Carpet came with rollers inside that I can not dispose of. Drivers refused to allow me to unwrap the carpets so they could take back the rollers. the 2 x 1m lenghths were rolled the 4m way on to rollers as well. Absolutely ridiculous.
